Super Computer

Chris and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They retrieved data from my Lenovo Yoga 2 laptop that had taken a swim in the tub. Great job done quickly. I highly recommend th3m!

I have known Chris for many years. I have purchased computers and accessories and always had a good experience. His Tech, Shaun, is a cracker jack diagnostician and has always successfully fixed any problem I have had. Being a New Yorker born and bred, I like Chris’ straight forward, no BS approach to doing business.
These guys are computer geeks disguised as normal, unassuming citizens. Go there for a fair deal and superb service.

I was visiting from out of state and my computer crashed :/​I took it over to Super Computer and they had my laptop up and running within the day. A bad hard drive was the culprit, they switched it out and somehow managed to copy my files over to the new one!
Chris whom was the owner took care of me and was a pleasure to talk to, funny guy to say the least. Laptop is still running strong and without issue! Thanks again to all those at Super Computer!

I’ve bought a number of computers from Super Computer over the years, both for myself and for clients. Chris has stood by the computers that he has sold, and even replaced a part that was 6 months out of warranty. His techs are knowledgeable, and they have a range of parts that I can’t find other places.

BEWARE!!! Worst customer experience. I took my iPod there to have the battery replaced, when I called, they told me «no problem we do it all the time.» So I took the ipod and a replacement battery and 2 days later I was told «great it’s all set and ready to be picked up.» I picked it up, the owner, Chris tells me I should have brought them the tool that came with the battery because that made it «tricky to replace.» That should have been a red flag.
So I take it home and try to charge it up, all I get is a white screen on the iPod, no Apple logo, nothing. I call them and they say «well it needs to be fully charged.» okay why was I told «it was ready.» if they hadn’t checked it out 1^st. I let it charge over night, still nothing, so I take the iPod back to them with a cable, (they don’t have a spare iPod cable even though they work on iPods «all the time»).
3 days later I get a call saying «nope the screen doesn’t work.» I told them «It was working when I brought it in.» The Owner the old man named Chris tells me «too bad I didn’t see it working we’re not responsible.» NICE… So I go and pick it up, and they spend 15 minutes trying to find my iPod in their back room. They bring it out without it reassembled, the screws in a bag and the back missing…
So for $ 50 I have 1 iPod I can’t really use and bunch of excuses from the owner.
I gave them a rating of 1 star, because I can’t go lower than that.
