No bakery smell when you walk in. Very few items in their counter. I ordered a birthday cake and not only was it the worst decoration I’ve ever ordered, the cake was so dry we couldn’t eat it. It also tasted nothing like the flavor we ordered, and to boot they charged $ 35. I could’ve went to Von’s or Albertsons and gotten a much better looking and tasting cake for a much better price. I strongly urge that you don’t waste your time and definitely go someplace else!

I have been a fan of Danielle for many years! I love all her cakes, cupcakes, pies and literally everything she makes. She has made lots of things for me for special occasions and never once have I been disappointed ! Everything is always so well made, clean and very delicious. I recommend her to everyone ! She’s always my go to girl for any event! Love Orcutt bakery!

Just had the salted caramel fudge and the brown butter chocolate chip cookie, and they were amazing! I can’t wait to try the other flavors of fudge!

I haven’t had anything from Orcutt bakery I haven’t liked. The pumpkin bars and Danishes are to die for! My son lovessssss her cake pops too!

This place is great for our area. Bought a dozen including every cupcake flavor, apple strudle bar, and pumpkin bar for my fiancé’s birthday and she loved them all. Her ultimate favorite was the apple strudle. My little ones and My Favorite was the Pumkin Bar. We will def. be coming back. The only complaint is the price. If it were a little bit cheaper we’d probably be back more often but then again that would be dangerous. LOL!

Love this new local bakery!!! Over the weekend we purchased our first birthday cake from Orcutt Bakery and were SO impressed! It was beautiful and delicious! We ordered the confetti cake with buttercream icing as well as Hello Kitty theme cake pops, which were equally adorable and delicious! You can really taste the difference of a «made from scratch» cake. The prices are comparable to the other bakery’s in town. Well worth the $! Let’s keep this local business boomin! :)

A co-​worker got a cake from here for my birthday. She asked for a traditional carrot cake. It is probably the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. I was very impressed.

There is nothing better then a «made from scratch» cupcake that doesn’t taste like the cookie cutter grocery store cupcakes. This is one of those places.
I bought some cupcakes to bring to a girls night and I was so pleased with them. I bought the Angel Food cupcake, a chocolate, vanilla bean and a lemon (I think?) Omg… sooooo delicious. They were moist and rich but not overly sweet. The angel food cake one was a hit topped with a fresh strawberry… mmmm! They truly tasted homemade and full of love.
The atmosphere is quaint and shabby chic. It was a tad bare but less cluttered is nice :) I loved the logo’s design and the box customized with their logo instead of a generic box.
Prices are I would say average for a private scratch made cupcake ($ 2.00+ per cupcake) but your paying for a quality! If you think that’s steep your probably an Albertson’s bakery regular… what a shame.
I’ll be back again and again and again! :)

Best cupcakes I’ve ever had! I highly recommend the chocolate peanut butter cupcakes. Also great place to pick up birthday cakes and special occasion cakes and treats.

Found this place when in the shopping center looking for a coffee shop that is supposed to be open but it was not yet. Was driving away and seen Orcutt bakery so pulled back in and glad I did. I tried Oreo cupcake it was great and red velvet cupcake was amazing but the best was the mini cheesecakes OMG they are so good .I tried one that day and just went back I ordered 3 of them 2 normal and 1 Carmel swirl I did not make it out the door I ate all three standing there while having a pleasant conversation with the owner she told me a bit of history of how they came about ! And between you and I I had to get another cheesecake for the rd shhhhhhh! ;-)

I love the quality ingredients and made-​from-​scratch taste of this bakery. Their variety is always changing and their custom creativity is over the top. They can do anything that you ask!

Cute and tasty cupcakes! Fun flavored and simple but beautifully decorated cupcakes! Glad to have a fun cupcake shop in town!

We’ve been ordering desserts from them for years and they’ve always delivered! Great to see them open up a storefront and the quality remains top notch. Highly recommend their cupcakes and their custom cakes are VERY impressive. Support this local business!!!

Took my girls in for an after school treat and they were thrilled! Nice variety of fresh baked goods. On this visit we got cupcakes and lemon bars but the Cake Pops looked amazing!!!
My girls loved their cupcakes. Perfectly moist and the frosting was delicious!
We also got to meet both of the owners and it’s so nice to see local people succeeding! Friendly folks and passionate about what they do! Keep it up Orcutt Bakery! You’ve made fans out of us!
