Paul’s Window Cleaning

He called me and asked if we were available for him to do the house and gave us a quote sight unseen after using Google maps to take a look at the house. When we were on the phone, I told him that we had large windows in the back. We accepted the offer he quoted. He showed up on time, but then halfway through the job he said he hadn’t realized how big the windows were and it was taking him longer than expected. He said he really wanted to get home to have dinner with his family. We are very understanding and all, so we agreed. We paid him half, expecting that he would show up on another day to finish the rest of the job and he still hasn’t shown up to finish — despite saying «I’m a man of my word» and that he would finish the job for the price he quoted.
Apparently not!
I hate to give anyone a bad rating. But seriously, I absolutely can’t recommend this guy. Here’s hoping I can get anyone to do my windows after posting this, but I just want you to know what’s up. He never showed up to finish the job. And, I have to be honest here, I’m not all that pleased with what he did do, thought he worked slowly. I miss my old housekeeper! Betty, come back! She did a good job on the windows.
I even told him I found him on Unilocal,so you would think he would clue in to the fact that this experience would end up on, of all things, Unilocal! Fair is fair!
