Sprint Store By IMobile

i am rating this place on the customer service. This is the first time i have been a sprint customer, and so far i like it. I used to be with AT&T, and if you move from AT&T to sprint, you can tell right away the difference, Yes AT&T is so much faster than sprint but honestly sprint is not that slow and what is the point of having fast internet on phone when I would use up all my data and get charged wayyyy more with AT&T. and also i use my phone the most when im at home and i have WIFi so it all works out. It is decent speed people and i have no problem connecting to the internet to use google maps or etc, it is very slow in Tanglewood in santa maria though, but everywhere else that i have been to in Santa maria, the connection is fine and its Way faster than Metropcshit i mean Metropcs.
Anyway, the person who helped us is Eugene (sorry if i mispelled this) and he is manager in this store and he was awesome, and helpful and answered my husband and i questions with no hesitations.

Worst place ever. Avoid at all costs. Awful customer service. They deleted all my phone photos. Manager won’t answer phone. Drive out of town if to have to but avoid at all costs. Extremely poor management. They just don’t care. I doubt if reading this review would phase them a bit. This store is as bad as it gets.
