Lydia is a doll. I came in earlier tonight with a Unilocal deal and she helped direct me and pick out a few toys and edible gels as a surprise gift for my boyfriend and me.
Been in once before a few years ago and Shane (can’t recall exact name, I’m sorry man!) was also a sweetie.
The employees here are all friendly and know their products, great selection of toys and videos and anything else you could possibly want! Definitely recommend them and will be back for more supplies.

Grate store ppl are nice and know there stuff… after a bad experience with the OTHER adult store near by we went to this store… adult love bouquet… this place is very nice and friendly the young man devin was very nice and knew the toys very well and very easy to talk to …lots of toys, lubes and just all in all a good store

Not only does the store offer a superior selection, but the customer service provided by the staff (Juan especially!) is top notch. Since I do not live in the area, driving out to SM Gifts can be a hassle, yet Juan’s friendly/​professional/​always helpful advice has kept me coming back to the store for over four years. Juan has always been more than willing to listen to and help answer any questions regarding the different products. Needless to say, I will continue to shop at SM Gifts.

Worst store ever. I bought oils that I was supposed to put in my private parts and they started burning like hell… Only to realize that they were a year expired. I go back to get my money back and the guy refuses to give me the money. Horrible service. He told me that I am moaning a drama out of nothing. I finally went there again today in over 6 months to try to get an outfit, and he tells me I remember you came once and you were making drama out of nothing. I finally raised my voice and asked to speak to he’s manager and he would not give me he’s number. Horrible people and service

Needed a joke gift for a galfriend!
Needless to say, variety was great, prices were kinda high, but idk if you’re into those toys. Also the lingerie selection wasnt too bad so there was some nice little baby dolls that felt really comfortable
It was also funny how I took a solid 30 mins to choose something while all the guys that came into the store were in and out faster than a bullet passing through your gut.

I bought a 6 foot inflatable penis here and the store clerk didn’t blink an eye. Not because I’m that kinky, but because I was going to a bachelorette yacht party. Needless to say, we had an awesome time and that 6 foot wiener may have been a contributing factor. As expected, of course.

I was there about a week ago and when I went to check out I realized I was a little short on cash. I was about to leave to get more money when Shane (or Sean?) an employee offered to cover me out of his own pocket! I was astonished at such a kind gesture! I will deff go back again.
