Made the mistake of using their service more than once. Every time it cost more than I thought reasonable and my Sub Zero Model 532 broke again within a few months or a couple of years. It just broke again and I called at 8:40 a.m. They promised someone would call back «within minutes.» No one did. I called again at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. Never a call back. I know it’s a Sunday but don’t advertise 7 day/​24 hour service if you don’t mean it. I finally got smart and looked up highly rated Sub Zero repair services on Unilocal.Will never use Allen Edward Appliance Repair again.

First time I used these guys was in 2009 to install an exhaust hood over my Viking stove. They showed up on time, very professional attitude. Worked fast, clean, and without any problems. Did a great job, at a fair price. Second time I used them was just before Thanksgiving to fix my Kitchen-​aid dishwasher. Their phone rep offered me «same day service» which was great, but I opted for the following day. The service rep called me about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and asked if he could come by a few minutes early. Really nice Russian gentleman named Leo showed up. Diagnosed my problem in minutes, and had the spare part needed in his truck. He was great. I would easily recommend these guys. They did a great job. Thanks Leo.

I had the worst experience with this company. They promised to send a technician for repair several times who never showed up. No follow up. No return phone calls. They ordered the incorrect replacement parts. I strongly advise against using them.
