Mr. Cozen has always given me and my family the best service. He really treats us all like family – the old traditional business way. Also, the philosophy echoes throughout – no extra penny should be given to uncle Sam especially after you worked so hard for every penny.
Not only does he prepare your taxes and businesses, he always prepare you for the following year and future years and show you exactly how to save.
I have referred him to many people and they are very satisfied.

Mr. Cozen has been my accountant for over 14 years now and I must say I don’t think it gets any better than him and his small staff. Then again, I haven’t tried anyone else since I’ve started working, but I’ve never had any problems, so why not stick with what works. Even when I’ve moved out of state twice, he still continues to do my taxes seamlessly. I email him the necessary documents. After a thorough phone interview, an email of my tax return is sent to me. I print, sign, and send back. Voila! Done! Easy!
Even with a tax return as complicated as mine, Mr. Cozen takes the time to fine comb through all the details. He really tries hard to make sure I get the maximum benefits by asking all the right questions. If you do have a complex return, let them know, so they can appropriately schedule your appointment.
What’s nice about his tax services is that he’s also got a separate license to represent you should you ever get audited. (knock on wood. hasn’t happened, yet) It’s comforting to know that if it happens, I know I’m in good hands, too.
He can also help with investments. Payroll, IRAs, life insurance, etc are all available through his services. It’s nice to have a one stop shop. All my money info is in one neat, little file. It’s actually come in handy. Now that I’ve refinanced my homes several times, I’ve misplaced my tax returns or other financial info. Not to worry. I’ll just email Patty or Mr. Cozen and it’s emailed to me within 24 hours.
An example of great customer service? He helped this little old lady pay all her bills! This isn’t a service most accountants do, but Mr. Cozen and his staff happily do extra stuff like that just to help out simply because they can. Service has always been top notch, genuinely friendly, and just plain wonderful!
