We put a lot of love into every bite, to give you interesting flavors and presentation. We believe in the European approach to food… higher quality ingredients in smaller portions so that you savor every bite.
Bite Bar by Day offers a cozy, casual atmosphere (counter service) with bakery, sandwiches, salads and our signature Weekend Brunch.
Bite Bar @ Night turns into an intimate wine bar (with table service and reservations) focusing on international small plates, tapas style, meant to be shared with friends.
Everything served at Bite Bar & Bakery is made fresh using the best quality ingredients, including Valrhona chocolate and farmer’s market produce. The menu changes regularly with the seasons and on the baker’s and chefs’ whims — we are truly chef-driven and invite you to enjoy food acquired and presented only at its very best.
History
Established in 2010.
Bite Bar & Bakery is owned and operated by Chef Elizabeth Goel who has long desired to run her own local bakery and wine bar where people can enjoy wonderful baked goods and savory fare for breakfast and lunch and an eclectic array of small plates, interesting wines and decadent desserts in the evening.

Chef Elizabeth believes that food is a truly personal experience as it touches on every level of our identity, memory, sensory experience and emotion. It is this warmth, passion, understanding and philosophy that she brings to each to Bite Bar & Bakery. Likewise, she continues to push her team to expand their culinary horizons and to create an environment where creativity and innovation are nurtured and encouraged while maintaining only the highest standards in quality, service and presentation. Her goal is to nourish you at every level.
Chef Elizabeth is the Executive Chef and owner of Bite Catering Couture, a gourmet Los Angeles catering company with a specialization in Bite-sized passed foods. She earned her Grand Diplome from The French Culinary Institute of New York where she was honored as the recipient of the prestigious NYC chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier Scholarship for women. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University.
