Tatiana is amazing! I was traveling into the area for an event and needed someone for hair and makeup. After deciding to go with her based on Unilocal reviews, she did not disappoint. My hair and makeup looked better than my own wedding day and it held up all night. She was very patient and kind and made sure everything looked great!

If you love braids Tatiana is perfect to make you look fabulous! She conveniently travels to you with a beautiful smile on her face. She’s detailed, skilled and super amazing at styling hair. Whatever you show her, describe she will do. She really listens to the client and wants to make sure you get exactly what you asked for! She styled myself, my Mom and my sister with dutch braids, french braids and a old hollywood curled half up hairstyle for my tea party bridal shower.
She was so kind enough to do a waterfall braid for one of my friends and curl my grandma’s hair for no charge, while she was waiting for us because we had last minute party preparations to take care of.
She is my go to hairstylist and I continue to ask her to doll me up for parties, birthdays and weddings. She’s always available and always makes me feel like a celebrity! :)

Tatiana is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I had booked her for a hairstyle for my wedding, but later decided to just leave it down, and she never pressured or made me feel uncomfortable for going a different route. I plan on using her services more often, because she is genuine and kind. I also booked her for my mother in law who unfortunately had to cancel the day of and she was so understanding.
I HIGHLY recommend her, she is the physical form of beach goddess updos.
She is very talented, asks you what you want constantly throughout the styling process to ensure satisfaction. She is also quick and gentle with the blow drying which I appreciate since I have crazy hair.
Loved my hair and plan on seeing her more often for casual classy looks!

Tatiana is wonderful. Let me tell you the basics:
1. She puts in A LOT of time into preparing your look. (For my wedding, she had me over at least two times at her home, to make sure the hair and makeup were exactly as I wanted, even as I kept changing my mind. And she didn’t charge extra for that.)
2. On the day of, she put in A LOT of time and effort into not just me, but also my bridesmaids and mom (who were not all in the original plan, and she didn’t charge extra for that).
3. She is FLEXIBLE and truly focused on making you PERFECT. (We were getting ready at a remote location, and had to drive from the Palisades to Topanga for the wedding. Well guess what, Tatiana ended up DRIVING ME TO MY WEDDING, with one bridesmaid in tow, so that she could keep working on me at the venue, even though we never planned on that! And who cares that we were late for taking pictures — it was PERFECT. And she didn’t charge extra for that.)
4. For all the hours she put in, her one-​time price of about seven hundred was a steal. I shopped around a lot, and I was so happy to support a local gal who saw me as a friend and didn’t itemize every single thing.
I love Tatiana’s talent, personality and dedication — she makes you feel like you’re the only person in the world. And that’s the best you could ask for from a husband — errr, I mean, a makeup and hair person on your wedding. Her braids are KILLER.

I had a maternity shoot earlier this year and Tatiana did both my hair and make-​up. She is truly gifted at what she does! I wanted a really natural look/​feel and she totally went above and beyond my expectations. My shoot was pretty early in the morning and Tatiana accommodated me, despite her studio hours opening a bit later than the time I needed to be ready by. She was so warm and kind! Made me feel really comfortable with her. I shared with her the style/​look that I wanted and she gave me really good feedback about what would/wouldn’t work. I feel like most stylists usually just do what you want, even if it may or may not fit you the best. I’m so glad I went with the changes that she suggested. I’m so happy to have found her and will be recommending her to all my friends/​family who need a good hair/​make-​up artist! I cannot say enough good things about Tatiana! :)

Tatiana is great! I was told by all my former bride friends that what makes a wedding great is a happy and confident bride so make up and hair were important and boy did I feel the pressure to look good! Tatiana is very hardworking and detail oriented. She listened and remembered everything I said and paid special attention to my feelings, wishes and requests. She is clearly a perfectionist! She even insisted on doing an extra trial to make sure that I had exactly what I envisioned on the day. On the wedding day I was nervous and Tatiana made me calm down although to be honest, I think all brides are nervous. In the end, I very much enjoyed getting ready and felt radiant on the night. I was glowing! I would definitely recommend Tatiana to anyone looking for personalized attention and someone to make them look beautiful! Also, hats off to Tatiana for using the best products. That totally makes a huge difference!

Can’t say enough about Tatiana. She’s truly an artist and absolutely amazing at what she does. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, plus a few family members. For the trial and the wedding day, she took her time to make everything absolutely perfect. By far exceeded all expectations.

Tatiana came to my house to do a Bridal Hair consultation. She was amazing. Super patient, super nice and super relatable.
She took her time and showed me different braids, we did many tests together to find the perfect braid.

Tatiana is such a professional and very meticulous! Loved working with her for my best friend’s wedding. Even under time constraints and pressure, she made us look perfect and throughout the night, we were all complimented on our hair and makeup.
I wasn’t even getting married and was such a pain in the butt. As she was doing my hair, I threw an additional idea out and she was determined to get it right. At first, I suggested a back fish tail braid on top of a bun but as she was almost finishing up, I suggested a top crown as well. She pretty much did my hair over 3 times but didn’t lose her cool.

Tatiana is an absolute sweetheart! She is extremely talented in her profession and a complete perfectionist. She is so patient with a very calming presence, she truly cares about creating the exact look you desire. She will not stop until both you and her are completely satisfied, and the results are beautiful. I visited her a couple of times before my wedding, once just to get my eyebrows re-​shaped and she sent me away with a lovely braid as well as perfectly groomed eyebrows! She really does go above and beyond. On my wedding day I was so happy with both my hair and make-​up, it was just exactly how I wanted it. She also did my bridesmaids hair and both mothers hair and make up with the help from her assistant Natasha (who is also another excellent stylist). We all looked a million dollars!

Not only did she transform my 40-​year-​old face and hair to look like a younger, fresher, more glamorous version of myself, but she also took the time like an true artist to perfect her work. I started this day dreading having to try to look good for a photo shoot. I’m ending it on cloud nine, having had an experience truly looking and feeling my best — even with a camera pointed at me all day.
I brought photos of what I wanted my hair and make up to look like, and Tatiana did a fantastic job at studying the looks, interpreting what I was envisioning, and bringing it all to life.
If you need hair, makeup, or both for a photo shoot or special occasion I cannot recommend Tatiana enough — she’s a lovely person who’s truly gifted at her craft.

Tatiana did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She also oversaw hair/​makeup for my mom, aunt, and 86 year old grandmother. We all loved our hair and makeup and were 100% satisfied. I especially LOVEEEDD my up-​do with braids and fresh flowers to match my bridal bouquet (her idea). I was so happy with my hair and makeup and received so many compliments. I have very fine, frizzy hair which is impossible to work with, but someone Tatiana managed to make it stay secure for my entire wedding day. For my makeup, Tatiana meticulously put on about 10 individual eyelashes for a natural look – she really took her time and made sure I liked what she was doing after each makeup applicant and eye shadow color choice. I am so please and will be calling Tatiana next time I need to feel beautiful! Also, loved how easy going she is and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She is not pushy at all: only helpful and kind and REALLY as good as it gets. A++

I have had my hair and makeup done dozens of times, maybe even 100 times, and Tatiana truly impressed me in every way. Tatiana was really fantastic — her skills both with hair AND makeup were phenomenal. I have actually never found someone who was both good at hair and makeup. I was going to a James Bond themed charity event and booked her for hair and makeup. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to look like, and she really took her time to make me look EXACTLY like the picture I showed her. I couldn’t believe how detail oriented and spot-​on she was with achieving the exact look I wanted. On top of being a true artist with tremendous skill, she was very warm-​hearted and kind. She kept telling me to check in the mirror to make sure I was happy with the direction we were going. I feel so lucky that I found Tatiana and would highly recommend her for both your hair and makeup needs! I got a million compliments on my hair and makeup all night!

Tatiana is amazing. She came through last minute for my best friend’s wedding and did a phenomenal job creating unique hairstyles and makeup looks for 1 bride, 2 mothers and 5 bridesmaids. We started at 7:30 in the morning and she was 15 minutes early. She and Natasha’s attention to detail was impeccable, and each person felt like their individual personalities and styles came through in her work. In addition to truly unique braids and up-​dos, she also did a great job at creating gorgeous makeup looks for each of us, all with different eye colors, skin complexions and opinions about how much makeup we wanted to wear.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone, her pricing was very fair and we feel so lucky that we were able to get her for this wedding!

I was so lucky that I found Tatiana on Unilocal.She’s super talented and very patient. Her priority is always her client’s satisfaction. Based on one single picture that showing only one side of the hair design, she worked with me until my dream hairstyle for the wedding come true. And it turned out to be prefect. On my wedding day, I got countless compliments on the hair and makeup. The hairstyle also survived two hairband changes and lasted the whole day and night perfectly.
Tatiana also did all my bridesmaids’ hair. She made the girls so beautiful and happy on the most important day of my life.
Her price was very reasonable compared to some other studios for wedding makeup/​hair that I have researched. And the trial session I had with another more expensive studio was not half good as Tatiana’s .
I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends or families. And with no hesitation, I will go back to her whenever I need a stylist in the future.

My hairdresser was out of town and I really wanted a braid for a wedding. Unilocal did not steer me wrong– Tatiana totally came through and did better than I could have ever imagined.
I showed her some pics of what I wanted. She tried it out, a few different ways even, but my hair just isn’t long enough and it was not translating right. She kindly offered to try something a little different, but in the same vein of what I wanted– and it was perfect! She asked me questions about my dress, makeup and style, just to make sure it all worked together. I also appreciated that she tried things on me before committing to one style.
The end result is even better than I could have hoped for. Tatiana is also super sweet and I enjoyed my time in her studio. I will definitely be back, thank you!
