Total life saver! I’ve been here twice now and love their service. They really strive to create a zen environmental and they achieve it! I have been looking for a go to massage spot, and this place is it! affordable, clean, and zen.

Been coming here for past couple years! It’s a great way to get your massage in without a long wait. Never disappoints!

My boyfriend and I came for 1 hour body massages. We were with Jason and Andy. They were both great!!! For $ 45, it was an amazing deal! Very clean, staff is polite, and quiet environment. Must go!!!

Very underwhelmed. Location and facility is fine. I just wanted a 30 minute «reflexology» massage — it is definitely not reflexology. And the foot massage itself was just rubbing pretty much non pressure points. Additionally I just wanted 30 minutes of feet only, without head/​back, and so the guy rubs my feet for only 20 minutes and then basically says I forfeited the rest of the time and didnt rub my feet for the other 10 minutes. Then he tried to argue with me when I explained how that didnt make any sense — I am paying for 30 minutes of time. Dont waste your money here.

Great full body massage! Next time I’ll try the 60min full body + 30min foot. Very thorough and my neck pain is gone!

It was a nice massage… I would have like something a little more aggressive. I think because I’m so thin the masseuse was afraid of hurting me… Maybe consider giving it another try in the future

I live right on Main Street and have added ChaSpa as a bi-​monthly routine to decompress and de-​stress! I’m hard on my feet during the work week so I like to go for the combination foot and body massage which is a perfect combination. The space is very clean, and each massage spot is private and comfortable. I highly recommend for someone who is looking for a quick or extended way to relax in the middle or end of the day.

Love this place! Great prices and great therapists. Definitely deep tissue! It’s Thai style so curtains separate the beds. Just a straight to the point deep tissue massage.

I’ve had some great massages here. The Montana location offers mani and pedi, a great way to spend ones birthday ;)

I come to Cha Spa often. It never disappoints. I have visited all 3 locations in Santa Monica and like them all. I just had a massage from Alisa and she was very strong and talented. I always get the foot reflexology/​full body combo. The price combined with the masseuses’ expertise creates the perfect relaxation experience.

I loved it here! I was really sore from working out and decided to pop in after work one day. Wasn’t sure all the reviews on here were legit so I opted for the 30 min full body massage just in case. It’s a very typical no frills kind of place like the ones I’ve been to in SF but I thought the man I got did a great job! Cheap, quick and easy. Will def. be back!

Amazing. Simply breath taking. Their foot buckets were sublime and the tantalizing salt water scrub left me tingling with anticipation of the effervescent climax that was my life.

Really friendly place. Great massage. As a former professional soccer player, I have had many massages, and this one was right up there with the best.

Wow, what a great find! $ 45 for a 60 minute massage and it was fantastic. Tiny rooms separated by curtains means there is some outside noise but it wasn’t an issue at all for me. Great massage, seemed very clean and quality for the price. Will definitely be back.

Fast, efficient, friendly and clean. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. They have a nice array of colors to choose from as well as a relaxing massage area in the back. Quality service at an affordable rate is hard to find, so I appreciate a nice environment like this.

All I have to say is the woman who massaged my feet wore LATEX GLOVES. It was awful, it felt like she was chaffing my feet with a towel the whole time. (For the record, she was very nice otherwise).
But seriously GLOVES?
I’ve been to other places and never encountered gloves. Am I wrong to expect direct contact when getting a foot massage?
Out of curiosity, I asked the guy at the register if all the masseuses use gloves for foot massages at this establishment. And to my surprise he said YES.
So I won’t be going back here. Instead I’ll go a few doors down to the Massage Place and for the same price they will actually touch my feet. There is a lovely woman named Tina there who gives a great foot massage and when you walk out, your feet are buzzing.

The place is clean and tranquil and the people who run it and massage are very nice. Two stars for that. And one star because it’s not expensive.
I’m taking off stars because I went in with specific back issue and requested attention to my shoulders and lower back –I let them
Know I have a pinched nerve. Basically the guy just kept putting his forearms in my back and pressing down on it. I got maybe one minute of massage directly on my shoulders. I let them do a combination because Reflexology on the feet can release the tension in the back. Well the guy slathered on a bunch of oil and just rubbed my feet and applied very little pressure to the pressure points.
It was an ADHD massage. He was unfocused and all over the place. We never established a rhythm. I told him harder and to pay attention to my shoulders but he didn’t follow through. He would rub them for like 20 seconds and then go back to his elbows and body pressing. I felt like he was treating me like dough as apposed to a person in pain. He had no deep connection to me and what my body was feeling.
I got a massage yesterday in Korea town and basically I get massages weekly. I have tried hundreds of massages all over the world and almost every technique out there. I live almost next door to cha spa and I’ve tried it a few times and I’ve never left happy. I’m desperately looking for a massage therapist in my area that’s reasonably priced so I don’t have to drive all the way down to Korea town or Burbank where there are some good reflexology/​full body massage places.
So if you don’t really care about what you get, cha spa is cheap and average.

I had really bad shoulder/​neck pain from being overworked i felt like a complete new human after my visit!

I have received several hundred massages throughout my life, in between chiropractic care, professional centers in the US, private masseuses, and elsewhere.
This was, by an extremely wide margin, the absolute worst massage I have ever received. They have you keep your clothes on and they just press really hard on trigger points and roll their elbow around. There is no massaging, just rolling their elbow really hard. I left feeling more tense than when I came in. There was no customer service, they didn’t even bother to ask us if any certain areas were sensitive or needing special attention.
My husband was right next to me, and he felt the exact same way though he’s only gotten around 100 massages in his life. He was downright angry at how bad it was after our 30 minutes were up. I just wanted to get out there as I didn’t want to make a scene.
The staff have no idea what they’re doing, they targeted both of our spines and kidneys and didn’t understand words like «not there» and «too hard». We’ve both been to Thai, Korean, and Chinese specific massage centers, and whatever their horrendous technique was, it wasn’t either of those or any kind of technique either of us recognized.
We felt really sorry for the customers who were waiting after us, and we will steer everyone we know far away from this place.
