FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

The woman, Selina, who works at pack plus is always very rude and impatient with customers. She gets easily flustered, or she is short with people and has a bad attitude when talking to them. She just seems miserable to be here. Everything is a chore and she acts like she’s doing you a favor by serving you.
Then, there’s Tony… He seems friendly at first but then as you ask normal questions like, how many days will it take to ship and how much is the shipping, he starts responding in a creepy, low and quiet voice with a weird smile on his face.
This store is always chaotic with a very unprofessional vibe. I worked at a ups store many years ago and these stores are franchised so there is often no owner or manager leadership.

First time in this place, I had a great experience with everyone they’re really helpful since am not familiar with any printing but Luis was really nice to help me even though he was busy and Selina has a great smile and happy to assist you with any questions.

Just had the BEST & I mean BEST customer service ever received at FedEx kinkos. Aaron Katz needs to be promoted or cloned to work at every kinkos he made what could of been a stressful frustrating experience into smooth sailing. I just came here to print a reference in color there was a problem with the color printer. Aaron was polite apologetic and genuine he fixed the problem and was so gracious. I’m sure I’m not alone in having had sub par experiences with other fedex locations in the past but he really made a difference especially as I am battling this cold and super run down. Will always come back here now he’s awesomemesssss!

These guys are trying to sell you the most expensive option and when I explained for the 5^th time that I appreciate they give me options but I prefer the cheaper version he flipped at me. Horrible chrome are service. Total waste of time and too much drama!!! The guy’s name is Luis. Horrible worker!

Best FedEx experience I’ve ever had! I went in with a pretty annoying request (80 boxes that all needed to be packed, addressed, matched with a corresponding card, and shipped to 80 different addresses) and the team was so helpful! The manager’s name is escaping me right now but he was absolutely phenomenal. Great customer service experience; he made everything so easy for me and I will definitely be back. Thank you FedEx team!

This is more about the amazing service Anthony provided a few weeks back. A colleague and I were under the gun to have a ~ 40 page document scanned and sent and we had under an hour to find a place that could help us.
Long Story short I was a tightly wound mess and the stress level showed on my face, my colleague much easier going but it was my toosh on the line if this didn’t get done.
Anthony was an angel he suggested we scan to a thumb drive which they sell, I delivered the thumb drive to the client. Day saved. Anthony was amazing! He suggested a solution that didn’t cost and arm and a leg and did it beautifully recognized he had a high strung mess on his hands. Thank you Anthony.

They don’t have any consideration at all. I requested a friend to get my package for me but they didn’t release it bec my friend has a different address than mine. I called them and offered to fax an authorization letter and they could even call my company to verify, but they refused. i told them i have 2 jobs that is why i requested my friend to pick it up but they said it’s their rule. I need the package as it is a bday gift for my daughter. Now I have to go half day just because they don’t want to accommodate. Customer has to follow their rules.

This is the worst Kinkos around.
The service sucks, two of the copy machines are out and they haven’t bothered getting them repaired.
Such a waste of time WAITING to get things done here.

My husband and I shipped 9 huge heavy boxes from Los Angeles to Flordia and Tony at the FedEx center was so helpful! Finding the best and cheapest way to do this. Definitely ask for Tony if you need anything shipping related. He’s awesome!

Lousy customer service.
Lots and lots of waiting and feet dragging.
This latest visit compelled me to review.
I needed change for a $ 20 and went up to an employee at the front kiosk. He was busy doing some job other than servicing customers. He refused to open up his register and get me change instead telling me to wait in line for the teller who was handling customers.
I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get my change, money I wanted to spend in their store using their printers. F*** that guy.
I bet all these 5 star reviews have been paid for.

This is an average location but has all the facilities, services, and supplies you need. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They also have lots of computers to use if you need that. The parking is easy and free, a big plus in this area. I would come back here if an needed a FedEx Office.

I had to send an international package using my recipients account code. Selina helped me from start to finish. She was extremely friendly and patient as I was logging in my info into the computer system. She warned me I had 12 minutes left before I missed the pick up deadline time and was by my side until I finished the transaction and got my confirmation receipt. A+++++ service

Not helpful at all. There’s a reason people come up to the kiosk– they are in need of help…
The girl at the front desk just looks at me when I ask her to help me with printing on card stock — «it’s easier if you just like do it yourself.» Excuse me? This is your job right??? The manager is a total delegator too
Wasted my time standing around for 20 minutes. Just ended up going to the other FedEx office.

I was BFFs with my Kinko’s/FedEx down in Costa Mesa, and I love this one just as much.
The cool cats in here always go above and beyond to help a sista’ out. And really, it’s kinda got everything you need. Seriously, who else will accept a circa-​1984 fax for you, then file it away until you’re ready to pick it up.
Plus, free parking in the back! (#Bonus)
PS: One of the guys who works here has a scrumptious motorbike out back; take a gander when you have a moment. It’sa NICE.

How a place with this abysmal level of customer service can still be in business is beyond me. The «manager», Luis Negrete, could maybe manage a taco truck for a week, in some god-​forsaken and starved remote location, if he was lucky.
The many other one-​star reviews for this establishment confirm how terrible the customer service is and with a person like Luis Negrete as manager it’s only to be expected. Where do they find people like this? Can’t FedEx, the seventh largest printer in this country find a person with a semblance of customer service skills among its 19,000+ employees to be the manager of a store in a city like Santa Monica? Is FedEx President and CEO, Brian Phillips, fine with having a neanderthal manage one of his stores?
STAY AWAY from this Fedex, unless you want to be treated like sh*t and discriminated against or ignored at best.
Here’s what happened.
Since my printer broke a couple months ago, I have been going there to print an occasional page of two from my Dropbox account through the copy/​printer machine. Always worked painlessly until a couple weeks ago. When I logged into my Dropbox an error message would show up much like the one Windows gives on a computer that the system has stopped working or such. Nothing in particular about my account or the particular job I was trying to print. I asked for help and the FedEx employee encounter the same problem on two different machines and concluded their system was not working properly and offered that I print from their computer instead and they would only charge me for the printouts. Fine, although time-​consuming and cumbersome. I needed that printout so I agreed.
About a week later I came in again to print out something from my Dropbox and the same thing happened. The FedEx employee was not able to help with the Dropbox business either, the same error messages were displaying that the system stopped working.
I asked why they still didn’t have it fixed and I was met with a shrug in response. Mind you, this is a ²⁴⁄₇ store so one would hope they fix things quickly. I asked to speak with the manager but was told he was on a conference call. (I suspect it was a conference call with his mother ship, knowing what I know now about Luis Negrete, «manager»).
I asked for a piece of paper and wrote a letter of complaint to said Luis Negrete, including my cell number in the letter and asked that he call me back.
Did not hear from Luis Negrete, «manager.»
About three days later I went back to try to print the same job from my Dropbox and exactly the same error message displayed.
I asked to talk to Luis Negrete.
This is where we enter the Twilight Zone.
Luis Negrete tells me that he got my letter and was «trying» to call me but the number was wrong — he’s making exaggerated hand gestures as he speaks and his eyes are allover the place, he is clearly a very bad liar.
Now, if you are smiling, good. He was «trying» to call me, poor thing, it’s so difficult to make a phone call these days. My number was wrong… I guess I don’t know my own number that I put in the letter (which by the way I have a copy of and my number there is correct). LIAR.
But wait, it gets even better.
Now Luis Negrete, «manager,» delivers the real goods. He tells me, that he called the service people but they told him that if only one customer complains about a problem accessing Dropbox then there’s no point coming out to fix it.
I am standing there blinking with disbelief as I explain to Luis Negrete, «manager,» that two of his own employees on two different occasions were unable to access Dropbox for me due to a system error message and NOT any message related to my account in particular. Clearly it’s not that I have some kind of evil touch, especially that I had printed out from my Dropbox at this very store about a dozen times before without any problems.
He repeats to me that it’s my problem only so they won’t be fixing anything.
Now I tell Luis Negrete, «manager,» that words like this should never come out of a manager’s mouth as it is preposterous customer service. To that Luis Negrete, «manager,» bids me good day and walks away,
I KID YOU NOT.
So if you like to be mistreated, offended and discriminated against, FedEx and Luis Negrete are your peeps.
Oh, I almost forgot: Luis Negrete, «manager,» also wished me happy Friday the thirteenth as I was walking out the store saying I was going to complain to FedEx corporate office and write a review on Unilocal.
Yup…
At least he got one thing right: it was indeed Friday the thirteenth.

I’m incredibly sad by the customer service at this fedex office. I came to do a simple print job and the old guy behind the counter moved like molasses and took a phone call in the middle of helping me. Then I needed to email the file and while it said sent in my outbox the email wasn’t coming through to them. They told me the only option was to buy an expensive jump drive. I said it’s not my fault their network was down so they should give me one to use. The guy actually argued with me and threw shade. By the way– I’m printing a funeral announcement and the attitude is making me feel even worse. What the heck fedex? Get some best practices for customer service together!!! Not ok.
The guy helping me now seems to have perked up and is taking action. Probably because he actually read the file I’m printing and feels bad. But before he saw it it was very rude and not helpful at all. This is my last time ever using this office.
That Popcopy skit sure was true! And btw– I love how the managers don’t take time to respond to bad reviews. Bwahahah. Get me out of this hell

OK — it’s the holiday season and it’s packed! I knew that going in.
Parking: tiny, little lot but I got lucky and found a spot.
Customer service: SELINA (shipping) IS A LIFESAVER!!! I needed some supplies because fedex didn’t take my order right and I would be getting my supply order AFTER Christmas and what’s the point then so I drove down to the store location, waited patiently in line and thank God I was helped by Selina because even with all that was going around with the busy patrons, she took the time to call around and see what locations had what I needed! The lady next to her told me quite sternly but professional, «you know around this time of year we don’t give out more than 5 boxes because FedEx doesn’t send us supplies» (I thought hmmmm OK) But Selina saved the day and found a location with just what I needed and off I was. (Total time was about 15 mins)
Thank you to this location for having employees like Selina who go above and beyond their job descriptions to help a customer especially during the busy holiday season.

Ever since FedEx allows you to ship packages to stores for pickup, I’ve been frequenting this branch quite a bit.
Last time I had to pick up 2 large boxes and Tony was exceptionally helpful. It also doesn’t hurt that this branch is open late and has its own parking lot.

This is a great location.
There is a parking lot in the back of store.
Everyone here is very friendly. I have never had any issues.
The photo machines are easy to use.
And they have a FedEx shipping center with great service and lots of different packaging to choose from.
