Focus : Create

I have to say I am so glad I found Simone! I needed to get more focused for my board exams and decided to try hypnosis for the first time before the exam. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Simone was super calm and understanding. I live in Orange County and she accommodated me by providing the session over the phone. I was very pleased with work. She was able to identify my blockage areas and gave me many useful tools I can use during and after the hypnosis session. I was so glad she gave me these tools, they helped me carryover on my own and I was able to use them during my exam. I passed my exam and have to say the session had a major part in it. Simone also followed up with me after my exam to see how things went :) most people would not take the time to follow up with their clients but she surpassed my expectations. She is also a great yoga therapist and hope to catch her class one of these days!!!

I was very surprised how much Simone’s yoga therapy supported me in easing the various aspects of my 53 year old body which I just presumed were going to be that way till I had my ticket punched. She was incredibly adept at having patience with me for NOT having patience for my body, as well as creating a joyful practice to continue my benefits which she helped me to discover.
