In the last several years I have bought paintings from this beautiful little gallery overlooking the ocean in Santa Monica. The paintings I have purchased entirely changed the look and feel of my home. I went from framed poster art to being an art collector. I have an Esau Andrade, a Andrea Zuill, a Leslie Lew and several Warren Longs. I adore Warren Long paintings and have become an avid collector. Check it out when your down by the beach.

What a strange place. Openings are a hodgepodge of art that is not coherent or realized work I’d say. It’s more decorative than serious art. Faint smell of marijuana and paint in the small gallery. Wine makes it better. Maybe. Good location on Ocean Avenue though.

The galley is fun, and brilliantly located right across the street from the pier, the bright whimsical colors provide a fun, and playful space, and i’m always very warmly greeted whenever i visit, definitely a must see whenever you’re in santa monica

I was at an art opening at Jeanie Madsen Gallery across the courtyard from here, so I couldn’t resist walking through Hamilton Galleries as well.
I was struck by the vibrant colors, sense of humor in some pieces, and the darling mini canvases that filled a few walls like a mosaic of mini art.
I wasn’t the only one intrigued — there were plenty of other people walking through and appreciating what they saw as well!
I’ll be sure to walk through here whenever I’m in the area — I’m definitely a fan!

I love Hamilton Galleries! This is such a beautiful gallery and the location is great. Everytime I stop by I’m greeted by one of the friendly owners or a consultant. Their collection of artwork is always extremely colorful and imaginative and most of the artits featured are local! I recommend you stop by, particularly at sunset, as the gallery has panoramic views of the Santa Monica Bay. Sometimes you can catch one of the owners, who are artists as well working on their pieces in the Gallery!

Interesting work by a collection of artists. Nice gallery, very enjoyable viewing. On Ocean Ave., across the street from the bluff overlooking Santa Monica Bay.
