after suffering for at least 8 months with an IT band injury that was exacerbated by a severe ankle sprain AND plantar fasciitis, i had my first adjustment and laser treatment with Dr. Joga AND I AM PAIN FREE. i actually cried a little bit when i walked out of her office WITHOUT PAIN and was able to enter and exit my car without grimacing or groaning and smiled as i walked up 5 flights of stairs in the parking garage when i got to work.
i find her and her office staff to be warm, professional and engaging. her westchester office has ample free parking. so grateful to have found her and am looking forward to my next visit.

Nice office but treatment didn’t feel that holistic or all encompassing. My shoulder and rib problem came back later again and again. I’ve been to other chiropractors where the treatment included a good 10 – 15 minute massage to loosen up the area, and that spot was much cheaper than Dr. Joga.

I love Dr. Joga! I believe I have been a patient of hers since 2002. Not only is she an excellent chiropractor, she is a generous and sincerely kind person. She cares about her patients and remembers all the little details. Whenever I have any back or neck discomfort, she is always able to fix me up. I am thankful to have found her.

Dr. Joga is great! I was really worried about finding a good, trust-​worthy chiropractor in LA because I had heard they can be deceiving and not actually very helpful. My discomfort and neck problems were not major but I was worried I get conned into a cycle of adjustments and treatments that I didn’t really need. But Dr. Joga gave me exactly what I needed. She gave me the adjustments and medical treatment over a few weeks and then sent me on my way with some exercises to do at home, while still leaving the door open for if and when I would need more chiropractic work. I felt like she actually listened to me and was sincerely concerned for my well being and health.

I started to go to Dr J when I was in neck and shoulder agony from nursing my new baby — my friend suggested her and said she’d been going to her for years… SHE fixed me quickly, thankfully!!! She has the Midas touch! The whole staff is awesome and the office serene… I have recommended Dr Joga to many friends over the years and every one of them have been very happy!

I have been seeing Dr. Joga since 2003. She is wonderful! When I moved to AZ I missed her so much and had do make due with arrogant male Chiropractors. I was so happy when I moved back to CA to see that she now accepts UHC. I live in Pasadena now, but make the commute, because she is basically, worth it! She doesn’t «fake» a great adjustment. Her Staff is wonderful and Lina knows how to massage! I would recommend Dr. Joga to anyone who wants a great adjustment, extra TLC and a DR who cares about her patients and listens.

I stopped by the office to speak to someone since no one had returned my call. Dr Joga researched the issue and has now taken care of my refund. I am changing my review to three stars since the issue has been resolved.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joga for five years now and I wouldn’t go to any other chiropractor.
I sit at a desk all day long, have a second job (also mainly sitting) and my neck and back suffer from that (despite the fact that I do get up every hour to walk around). I see Dr. Joga usually once a month. Sometimes it only takes one little adjustment, then I get a massage (30 or 45 min) from Claudia. Sometimes I get the massage first, then the adjustment afterwards. Dr. Joga’s adjustments are extremely effective and gentle.
Every time I feel so much better and relieved when I leave their office. I like the fact that Dr. Joga and Claudia take everything into account that affects our well being like stress, workout, sleep, mental well being etc. It’s not just about getting you done and out the door.
Insurance wise: They took care of that from the beginning and I’m paying my co-​pay. The massage is also very affordable and fantastic. Claudia knows what she’s doing. I also had massages (15 min) from Linna which were also fantastic.
I know I’m in great hands here and often can’t wait to be back. And whenever I have an emergency they make time for me and help. I’m also glad the front desk sends out email reminders two days prior to your appointment. For my schedule that’s extremely helpful.
This is not just chiropractic care, but true healing.

I’ve been going to Dr. Joga for nine years — this says it all.
She and her team of experts are miracle healers. I have a bad neck and lower back and every single time I go in I come out a new woman. Her methods are extremely effective and she will work with you to figure out the best treatment specially catered to your needs. I never want to leave after my appointment.
They are a lovely women and I get physical therapy and emotional healing all in one appointment.
If you’re in pain, you don’t have to live another minute in it.
If I could, I’d give 100 stars. She’s changed my life.

I have seen Dr. Joga twice now and I can’t even begin to express my astonishment and of course my gratitude. Before Dr. Joga, I had yet to see a chiropractor and was a little more than nervous.
I had just tweaked my back in a way that affected every move I make and was in a lot of pain, and been to my primary care Dr twice over the two previous days and decided I needed something more.
Dr. Joga had been mentioned to me on more than one occasion and I thought it was time to try it out. As soon as I walked in, I could see and feel the warmth and happiness from the employees and clients of Joga Chiropractic Center; which immediately calmed some nerves. After explaining the onset of pain, and how I had been feeling Dr. J felt confident that a couple adjustments would be very beneficial. I had a couple treatments to relax the spasms and surrounding muscles, then an adjustment… and immediately I felt relief!!! I could MOVE AGAIN! YAY! But my muscles were still extremely tight.
Over the next 4 days, those relaxed and I am feeling as good as new! I can’t even imagine where I would be without her. My PC Dr. only offered pain pills and muscle relaxers… Dr. Joga offered a much more holistic approach to say the least and the pain was down so much that I didn’t even need the meds from PC Dr. I could not have been happier!
From staff to appointment times to Dr. to results– Joga Chiropractic Center gets an A++ all around.

I was in a car accident and suffered really bad whiplash. After about a month of pain, I had to try something new. Never having been to a chiropractor before and being a bit of a hypochondriac/​worrier, I was very nervous but Dr. Joga came highly recommended by more than a few of my co-​workers.
The office is comfortable and very nicely designed, and the staff including Audra and the front desk are so kind and gentle. Dr. Joga spend what felt like 30 minutes talking to me about my lifestyle, the accident, the pain, and anything else that could help her diagnose my issue and treat it. she made me feel so comfortable, and eased my nerves with her kind words and knowledgeable advice.
After she adjusted me for the first time I felt amazing and was immediately led to the massage room where Linna rubbed my neck and shoulders for at least 20 minutes. Linna is so talented at massage, and I really enjoy my time with her.
I ended up needing about 12 appointments over a month to relieve my pain, but when they were through with me i felt good as new. They handled all my medical insurance paperwork and it was completely taken out of my hands which was wonderful.
I have been back a few times, most recently this morning as I’ve been suffering from a severe stiff neck for 4 days. I already feel about 75% better after seeing Dr. Joga and Linna this morning.
There is nothing like a doctor/​specialist you trust and look forward to seeing in times of pain, and I appreciate Dr. Joga, Linna, and the rest of the staff more than they know.

I saw several chiropractors in Santa Monica before finding Dr. Joga. She’s the one I stuck with (for several years now). Many chiropractors (and other health professionals) take the attitude that without medical attention you are doomed to be sick, and so you must have regular treatments. I prefer Dr. Joga’s philosophy that you can take care of your body yourself and treatment should be for those rare occasions when you need some extra help.
Dr. Joga is also very good at working with you and your insurance to make treatments affordable. In addition to chiropractic adjustments the center provides massage, ultrasound, muscle stimulation, and other treatment modalities as well as referrals to even more. Dr. Joga coordinates all your therapies with grace and good humor and excellent results.

I was a patient of Dr Joga many years ago but, b. c I switched insurance providers I didn’t have chiropractic care. I recently changed my insurance and am now able to come here again. My last visit was wonderful! Dr Joga was able to relieve some pressure in my neck area and my lower back & hip are feeling better already. Lina is also fabulous as always! Thanks again!

Dr. Joga is wonderful! She was patient and listened to my concerns about manipulation. She took the time to explain every move she planned to make before laying a finger on me. She was so gentle and extremely effective. I haven’t had any problems since seeing her. Come to think of it, she is so good at her job that it must prevent repeat business!
