Kyle S. Schleicher, D.C. has been practicing in Santa Monica since 1994. He graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College here in LA. He received his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in Malibu. Dr. Schleicher has been teaching seminars for advanced massage techniques for 15 years. He acted as the Head Masseur at the Sand & Sea Beach Club in Santa Monica from 1987 to 1990 and worked with athletes on the 1991 — 1994 AVP Pro Volleyball Tours. Dr. Schleicher studied under Dr. Château, renowned neuro-​muscular specialist and author of Soft Tissue Manipulation.

Dr. Schleicher is one of the best Chiropractor in Santa Monica. I have had severe back problems for the past few years and there was a period, I was forced to use a wheelchair because of severe back problems caused from a herniated disc and Osteoporosis. In spite of my bone disease, I regularly exercise and lift light weights. One late evening, my L4-​L5 disc slipped after I completed a workout at a Santa Monica gym and I called Dr. Schleicher and he actually came to help me.
The following weeks I returned to his office for treatments and for once, I found a doctor that helped me to I get better instead of prescribing more medications. I continue to do his regular exercise régime and change it every month and since have not had any further back complication for over a year now. I highly recommend patients to Dr. Schleicher because he is gentle and helped me get back to living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr Kyle fixed my back in one session. I was floating for 2 days, seriously. I am an avid spinner at the gym and I was able to just take off one day since the adjustment. Nothing is wrong with a smiley face with a text message to confirm an appointment. Also, Nick gave me an incredible massage!

This was my first chiropractic experience and it was great. My neck was in pain and what he did made it feel like I never injured it. Kyle welcomes you in as if he already knows you and his knowledge and skills can help anyone! Highly recommend if you are in pain. WAYYY CHEAPER than seeing a doctor.

For about 24 hours I was in a world of pain in my neck and shoulders, so much so that I could barely walk or move. So, I Unilocaled chiropractors in my area that were open on a Saturday and Dr. Kyle was the top result. He was very accommodating and able to see me immediately, squeezing me in before his first appointment that day since I was in so much pain. The next day I felt dramatically better — I could walk! This first appointment was about a month ago, and I have been seeing Dr. Kyle weekly since then. Now after seeing Dr. Kyle regularly, I feel like I have improved even beyond what my «normal» used to be (which was still in constant discomfort) before I had the major muscle spasms that prompted my first visit.
A visit at Dr. Kyle’s office typically involves some muscle stimulation, a massage by Nick, and an adjustment by Dr. Kyle. Other chiropractors I’ve been to in the past only do one or two of those three things (usually just a 5 minute adjustment). Dr. Kyle is also very willing to work with you financially and find something that works for you — treatment comes first, and money comes second. This is another huge difference I’ve found with Dr. Kyle compared to other chiropractors.
I would recommend Dr. Kyle to anyone! He’s the best!

Dr. Schleicher and Nick make a great team! I came to him after finding him on Unilocal,and he was able to squeeze me in right away. Very experienced and great at what he does! I came in for a stiff neck after a day at Six Flags followed by a trip back east. He had me feeling better right away and I was good as new a few weeks later. Highly recommend!

Schleicher just may be a hidden gym in a city with no shortage of chiropractors. I’m used to going to «star» chiropractors who see me for about 10 minutes, tap on my back a little, and send me home… with a wallet sans $ 100.
After hearing about Schleicher’s very affordable rate and seeing how close his office is to my old stomping grounds, I knew I had to give him a shot.
Well, I’m just shocked someone with so much experience and skill is charging such an affordable rate, especially in North Santa Monica! I don’t want to say the rate out loud since it could vary depending on the circumstance, but let me just say I got the reverse of sticker shock.
Schleicher seems to give about 10 – 15 min of attention to his clients which is typical of chiropractors. With decades of experience he’s at a skill level that any celebrity chiropractor I’ve seen is at.
But here’s the best part that really makes the visit stand out: Included in that already affordable price is a 20 min (give or take) massage from his assistant Nick. Nowhere else have I gotten a complementary 20 minute massage to warm up the muscles at a chiropractic office. I’m used to the 10 minute get you in, crack your back, and get you out. It’s really a nice addition. Nick showed excellent proficiency at his massage abilities (and I’ve had thousands) especially considering how new he is to the work.
I’ll definitely be back, and unless something changes in the following visits, this review shall stand.

I had an amazing experience in chiropractic with Dr. Schleicher. I am typically a bit of a sceptic when it comes to cracking body adjustments (they feel good after the session, but less so a week or so later for me), i also like to know what the chiropractor is going to do after feeling around my body and what outcomes or sensations i might expect as a result.
A friend recommended trying one session with Dr. Schleicher and I agreed to give him a shot. I felt the sincerity and genuine concern from Dr. Schleicher immediately, he really seems to care about helping his clients through their issues or manage their pain and injuries. He has passion for his work.
He eased into my adjustments very gently, informing me of what he was doing and why. That satisfied my intellect and helped my body to relax more into the session. I enjoyed the experience and will definitely count Dr. Schleicher as my new, go-​to chiropractor. I recommend any of you to do the same.

Minimum of 5 text messages, 2 emails and 2 phone calls were made. Hardly a mistake there. There is no exaggeration on my original (below) statement to the reality of the «follow-​up» techniques and frequency. The text messages seemed to be from the chiropractor himself, rather than the office manager. However, I did ask the office manger (when he had called) to stop calling and reaching out, yet I continued to be contacted afterwards.
Smiley faces are never professional, unless maybe you’re a babysitter.

I rarely write reviews. After visiting Dr. Schleicher for the last 4 years, I felt compelled to write about the consistently good experience that me and my referrals have had.
My buddy O.C. recommended Dr. Schleicher to me. At that time, I was suffering from pain in my right leg from an accident a year prior. I had tried regular medication and been to another chiropractor without any significant difference in my condition which prevented me from sitting for long periods of time or even walking comfortably.
Dr. Schleicher offered very good care resulting in a significant reduction in pain within 2 weeks (6 sessions) of seeing him. From then on, I have visited him consistently and over a 1 year time-​frame he nursed me back to health. I have no pain or discomfort when I sit for extended time-​periods (as many as 10 – 12 hrs at a stretch).
Additionally, I brought my mother here after her cross-​continent flight for a massage and conditioning of her back. She suffers from arthritis and chronic lower back pain. So, I was worried about her condition after a long-​haul flight. After her visit to Dr. Schleicher, she slept very well for multiple days and experienced no discomfort.
I have recommended Dr. Schleicher to 5 other people, each of whom, had a very good experience and felt better after visiting him. This included two colleagues who suffered from occupational or accident injuries — both of them were nursed back to health from consistent visits to Dr. Schleicher.
That aside, I have sought his care for wrist injuries, other work-​related postural issues and for a ergonomic desk setup request (he made time to write-​up a medical letter and answer detailed questions from my work).
I would highly recommend him. He is polite, detail oriented and possesses good bed-​side manners. And, he is reasonably priced too!

I’ve been to many chiropractors in the last few years since I moved to LA, from the fancy beverly hills ones to down the street, cash only kind, but I’ve to say Kyle really stands out.
I was switching chiros every few months until my friend (who was coming here due to a car injury) recommended Dr Schleicher. Dr Kyle, not only makes your feel at home, but seems that he genuinely care about his patients, going the extra mile to make them feel better.
I’ve been seeing him for a while and go there almost weekly for my back/​neck/​iphone related wrists pains. I wish he had some clones so my sessions were twice as long (talking of which checkout the new assist Nick, he is being trained well).

Dr. Kyle was highly recommended by a coworker and very close friend of mine. I have been very pleased with every single visit thus far. I used to wake up with back pains and have noticed immense improvement over the weeks. He is also very personable and takes the time to get to know his patients during the visits.

I enjoy going to see Kyle, he’s very prompt with apps, and I always feel better when I leave. If you tell him the parts of your body you’d like him to work on he’ll make sure to focus on them. Very affordable as well, and he takes some insurance :-)

I have been seeing Kyle for years. I have a serious chronic pain condition, as well as several injuries, and he really helps keep me going. He does a lot more massage work than most chiropractors, take a lot of time with his patients, and doesn’t injure people with overly forceful adjustments. I also can always recommend him to friends, and everyone I have sent him still sees him when they need help.
He also has a terrific bedside manner, and is incredibly flexible with scheduling. He accepts insurance too.
Park on the street (7th) at a meter, not at the lot.

I met kyle playing beach volleyball and a few of my friends had been to see him at his office at Wilshire and 7th.
he is an amazing sports chiropractor, and uses all of the latest technology and multiple types types of treatments. at his office, he is very good at assessing what your physical needs are, and immediately treating them. he is also great with follow up exercises to help you maintain the healthy body you are trying to achieve. no hard sell on repeat subsequent visits, he customizes treatment to really address your needs. All that, and he is a n ice guy too.
