Let me tell you, i’ve lived here for about 5 months. I lived in a Caruso Property in Glendale as well as some high end lofts in other cities. So far NMS Management really sucks. Here is the problem. 1. They call this building green, well no area to plugin your hybrid, Tesla, etc. 2. There online system is flaky, we had a power outage on a Sunday, well can’t use your phone to pay because — you don’t get AT&T service in the building. 3. Rent is obviously high, but they don’t take care of the place, sometimes theres trash everywhere, the elevator is jacked, exterior windows are dirty — nasty. 4. I have one of those all in one washer dryer, lol, I have to pay $ 2.00 a load now to wash my clothes (so not Luxe).
Its not Luxe for sure, its fake Luxe.
Only best assets is the Concierge of this place, Mayra is awesome.
