Pacific Towing Service

These people are the biggest jerks in the world. I’m broken down on the side of the road in an emergency. They said they would be here in 15 to twenty minutes and they’re only 10 blocks away from here. An hour later they still don’t show and when I called up this extremely rude idiot made up some ridiculous story about the driver being stuck behind a train. He also couldn’t figure out where to go even though it’s a main entrance to the biggest hotel in the city. When I tried to explain it he still couldn’t figure it out and then hung up on me. I called back and even tried to apologize to the moron just because I was desperate and they laughed at me. The hotel called another tow company who not only dispatched someone right away but they explained to me that pacific has a reputation for doing that to everyone and that everyone also knows they are actually some type of front for some illegal operation. I don’t really know or care if that last part is true but trust me you don’t want to ever call these idiots!!! Karma will catch up with them I’m sure.

Ron and his staff are the most professional towing service I’ve ever dealt with. I stupidly got my car towed but they treated me fairly and my cash and watch were still in my glovebox. Good fair people.

Ron’s response to my review compels me to say
1. I was never «warned» by my management company not to park there at all, so that is libel and it would be best for him not to comment on things he was not directly party to.
2. If a business owner has a problem telling you policies or directions more than one time (because the first time you are stranded without a pen, and the second time you are driving and you express this to him) he does not deserve your hard earned money.
I hadn’t complained to my management company specifically about this incident before, but now I certainly will as Ron is posting inaccurate information here.

My workers car got towed, and these guys were trying to be super accommodating
They have rules against a friend paying for a friends tow bill with a credit card, that they should reconsider and figure out how to fix. But these guys are honest guys who are trying to do a tough job

Agreed about the disgustingly, greedily overpriced service, and I was underwhelmed by their diffident and matter of fact attitude about the expense.

Great service! fast and very informative regarding getting reimbursed by AAA.
