Great, reliable service and customer service. Perfect neighborhood dry cleaning service.
Been going here regularly the last year and have had great service. The owner is sweet and accommodating. He opened up his shop in the middle of the night to get me my last minute dry cleaning before I left for a trip in the morning.

One star is .75 stars too many. This cleaner is absolutely awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I brought it a dress that I had steamed in a very small section, thus removing the tiny pleats. They told me they could fix it. I picked it up and it was completely destroyed. They added huge pleats instead, and the whole dress looked bunched up and messy. It looked 20x worse than when i brought it in. I had a wedding to attend the next day and was no longer able to wear the dress. I called and spoke to the owner who said he had no plan and could do nothing more than refund the $ 12 I paid. I expressed my extreme frustration at a ruined $ 250 dress and he said paying for part of the dress or paying for me to take it elsewhere to be fixed was out of the question. They COMPLETELY DESTROYED my dress and offered no solution. I’m appalled that a small business owner could be so negligent and uncaring of customers. For a business that must survive on repeat customers and referrals, he seems an idiot to not care about the work they do or the people they serve.

All cleaning is sent DOWNTOWN, no clothes cleaned on the premise. They ruined a pair of my pants and kept saying the pants weren’t ready. They were finally ready (and damaged), on the 3rd return visit. We also used a 50% off coupon for the entire order and still somehow paid substantially more than other dry cleaner in the area. $ 8 to dry-​clean a shirt??? There are many dry cleaner options in the area, do not come here.

Out of all the dry cleaners in Santa Monica, this place top the cake when it comes to being a ripoff. I thought I would get a bargain using the 50% off from
but it didn’t help whatsoever because my bill still came out (for 14 pieces) to $ 60 for 14 pieces. Dry cleaning is not ready when they say it is and the prices $ 10.95 for jacket and $ 8.95 pants is not worth the headache I had when trying to get a hold of the owner at this store for two days. Instead, you go back and forth with the girl at the desk to get some kind of communication with him. This place is lousy and not worth the time, money, or energy. All the negative reviews below definitely know first hand that you cannot count on this place for quality dry cleaning nor service.

Great service & fair prices keeps me coming back. Easy parking is a plus. All my sweaters come back in pristine condition and wrapped in tissue… lots of attention to detail. I have tried other dry cleaners in the area, but is one is a keeper. I guess that is why they have been in business for so long.

This is the best dry cleaners in all of Santa Monica! Sam, the proprietor, is a very kind, fair and honest business owner. I’ve been getting my dry cleaning done there for about 10 years now. He used to be located on Yale/​Santa Monica, and has been in this new location for about 2 years now. I realized that I hadn’t Unilocaled him yet — shame on me! He’s wonderful. I have had to go to this place because of its convenience. It’s solid. I have not had any problems and the clothes are usually ready before their due date. I guess it’s kinda tough to get excited about a dry cleaner. I would probably be more excited if there was a hot chick that worked there. So I will have to give this place a 3 stars because they have a minimum credit card order of $ 15 and if you don’t have the minimum you are charged $ 0.50 for the transaction. Not really cool when I am there once a week. It’s not about the money it’s the principal.
All in All a solid place that I would recommend.
