Diverse team members work to provide a targeted response to individual demands of any administrative and/​or legal property issues. The team’s organization and process allows for analysis & creative resolutions which are cost effective for the client.

Meet the Business Owner

Patrick R.

Business Owner

Patrick earned his Master’s degree in Los Angeles’s Southern California Institute of Architecture, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University. Before moving to Los Angeles he trained as a draftsman and permit consultant with several builders and landscape architects. Patrick has developed a special interest in the building permit legalization process. He knows that understanding the inner workings of a Building Dept. is both important and rewarding. His resulting experience has included work with financial institutions such as Trammell Crow Co. and the PM Realty Group; as well as design firms such as Kollin Altomare and JS Studios. Before co-​founding Permit My Property, he gained experience through consulting work as a building permit expediter. He has successfully implemented a variety of solutions for a wide range of issue pertaining to both problem properties and new construction.
