I have been using Printland for the last year for pretty much all of my print and label needs. They always send quotes within a few hours, and have never been late on an order. Beck has been so great to work with!
They also offer delivery which is a HUGE plus when you are trying to run a small business. Highly recommended!

I can’t give enough praise to Printland for their consistently top-​notch work! I have gone to them for a variety of projects from binding reports, printing flyers, and most recently, creating programs, and each and every time I leave beyond happy with the final product. With a quick turnaround and a great staff (thank you, Beck and the rest of the Printland team), I will always go to them for my printing needs!

I don’t know why this place gets such high reviews because my two visits there were bad.
My first order was my business card. I had brought my sample card that I wanted to make exactly the same, and the guy sits in the front desk took my order. I paid in full and was told that they would let me know when my order was ready to be picked up in a week. Over a week went by, I didn’t hear from them so I emailed the guy. His reply was «it’s ready». Grrrr.
When I went to pick up, the guy said «there is a problem». It was different ink style from my sample. They gave me some of the incorrectly printed cards, but charged me additional $ 20 to do what I originally asked them to do (Remember, they had my sample!!) No apology from the guy.
I should have stopped there, but I gave this place another chance. This time was a small posters that I needed to print. My order was taken by the same guy who is unfriendly, not helpful and somewhat rude. I told him that I need «posters», and he processed my order. However, I sensed that he was not trying to make posters, but color prints so I asked him to show me a sample. What he brought me was a color print printed by a color printer that I can do at home. Why do I even come here to order posters if I can print at home? I told the guy that I need movie posters like posters, and he gave me a quote of $ 15 each for the size that I don’t even want. I left.
I think this place is good for personal uses, but not for professional uses.

As a student of graphic design, Printland is the ‘only’ printshop I frequent for my printing needs. They’re efficient, professional and super reasonable. Beck, my go-​to person is great to work with — extremely patient and goes the extra mile when needed. I used to be able to walk to the shop and I’m gutted they’ve moved away — but still willing to drive there for my print jobs.

Print land now has parking in their new location on Santa Monica Blvd. They are and always have been friendly, helpful, consistent staff and always less expensive for color copies than anyone else I have found in Santa Monica. I emailed my «job» in and picked it up shortly thereafter. I like to go to a business that I can rely on and for me it is this print shop.

Printland is a reliable and quick print house in the Santa Monica area. Whether or not I send them my company’s projects a week in advance or 24 hours in advance, they are able to accommodate my order and deliver quality products to me when I need them.
Their customer service is excellent. I’ve worked with Beck each time and he’s very friendly and professional. I noticed a tiny error in one of my orders, and they reprinted and corrected their error with no hassle, and in less than 15 minutes.
Price is reasonable, better than other print options in the area (FedEx office, etc) and quality of product and service is great.
I wish they were still at their old location because it was walking distance from my office, but other than that, I highly recommend Printland for all your company and personal printing needs.

I had some 30×40 posters printed last week for a presentation. I chose Printland based on Unilocal reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Price, quality and timing were all exceptional.
Even more impressive — I messed up one of my prints while mounting it. They were able to reprint and mount the new one for me in under an hour so I didn’t miss my deadline.
So glad I found my new neighborhood printer. I will be certainly be using them again.

They are reliable, excellent and timely in the always perfect work. and when it is not absolutely perfect they work with me with good will and extreme care and caring! As an artist/​author/​psychotherapist — I am extremely particular.

I have been using Printland since 1993, when I had just moved here from New York. I needed to print up business cards and brochures for my business, and they were fabulous! The quality and the service has always been excellent. The three brothers that own the store are so incredibly helpful and caring, and they are such quality human beings. The new store is just as convenient and accessible location-​wise; just a few blocks east of their old location, but the free, unlimited parking makes it so much better. I’m a customer for life!

20 years and I am here at their second location. David Daniel Eddie Luis and Lorenzo now replaced by Beck help me with ALL kind of jobs. It’s like a nice office I can rely upon. Fliers cards posters banners booklets great prices and completely personal attention.
When I have had to go to other places like you know the big chains I feel like I am in an airport zombie movie at fed ex kinkos the services is aggressive and rude.
I would drive now another five minutes to Santa Monica and Stanford above 29th and get treated perfectly.

I was in need of some promotional flyers for a new club/​bar. i just found this place on Unilocal and gave them a try. their customer service was awesome. they printed 500 double sided 5×7 cards in less than a day. i was in there just before noon and picked them up later that day.

Called Printland at the VERY last second needing to get a tee-​shirt made the same day. The did a GREAT job, and had it ready to go in less than four hours. Price was totally reasonable, but not the best I’ve found, so I’m docking one star. That said… I’m not huge on 5 star reviews anyway, but this place is close.

Absolute worse customer service and their finished products are horrible. Wasted over $ 90 on 250 business cards that I could have had done for $ 10 and they probably would have come out better. Don’t know if David is the owner but had to email him four times and call three times just to get a response back, should have walked away then…

This is my second review for this business, as I believe good service should be recognized. They did a wonderful job on my business cards a few years ago so I decided to use them again for my wedding thank you cards. The cards came out perfect. They took the time to upload our picture, add it to the card and include a special message inside. I highly recommend using Printland for all your printing needs. Me= REPEAT CUSTOMER. A great local alternative to Kinko’s, though of course it’s not a 24 hour shop… Anyway, if you have printing needs during regular business hours, it’s a great place to stop by. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed when I came in, but the employee walked me through, and eventually got me set up.
The guy who I imagine is the owner (?) sounds like he can be a bit gruff, as he goes around asking customers if they need help. If they haven’t been helped yet, he sounds like he’s barking out at his employees to help… Other than this, everything else here seemed to make it a great shop.
