I really enjoyed the massage with Lisa. I can usually relax at most any message, but I was able to actually float away for an hour. Felt great the next morning too!(always a good sign). Don’t deny yourself an hour of pampering!

Lisa has healing hands. Excellent massage and great space! I had the hot stone massage which is not necessarily something I seek out and had a Groupon. Was excellent and my experience well. Had one logistic parking hiccup which was solved with grace. Ride your bike or allow for time to find parking.

Normally I don’t Unilocal unless it’s something that I either really love or really hate(which kinda sucks but that’s how it is). But Lisa is by far the greatest massage I’ve had since my old place up in SF. Get the hot stone massage, worth it.

Excellent! I get a lot of massages. Used a Groupon to try Lisa for an hour massage. I will be back and strongly recommend her.

Lisa is a god send! I have been seeing her for a few months now and she has brought my body back to life. She really cares and works with you on what your specific needs are. For me, sitting at a desk 40+ hours a week combined with spinning and interval training was killing my back until Lisa started working her magic on me and I could immediately sense a noticeable difference in my posture and flexibility. I see her regularly to keep my body in check and once in a while I will request additional hot stone treatment which is SOOO relaxing and keeps my mind quiet. Her studio is cute, personal and just about you, which I look forward to over the normal hustle and fuss of LA. Lisa is all around good energy and loves doing what she does, she has become an integral part in my life and continued journey of health and wellness.

Lisa seems like a nice lady, and I want to leave her a better review, but my experience doesn’t justify it. It was one of the strangest hot stone massages I’ve ever received, featuring lukewarm to slightly cold stones(when they were used at all), mostly placed haphazardly on top of the blanket. The stones were neither used as an extension of the therapist’s hands nor to strategically warm up tight muscles/other parts of the body. Kinda the whole point of getting a hot stone massage… I would estimate that Lisa used the stones for 10 – 15 minutes max(out of 90). So it ended up being more like a regular Swedish massage. I had asked for firm pressure at the beginning. The pressure was fine but middling, so it was neither hurts-so-good in a way that gets out all your knots, nor blissfully relaxing to the point where you’re drifting off. You should leave a 90-minute hot stone massage floating on air, but I left feeling puzzled and vaguely unsatisfied. Hot stone is a specialty massage, so even a skilled practitioner may not excel at it. That’s all I can think of. This location is in SM, but a semi-industrial no man’s land part of it closer to West LA. Read the street parking signs carefully and don’t park in the building lot or your car may be towed(per another tenant of the office building).
