Richard Kennedy, MD

Dr. Kennedy has taken care of my 96 yr. old mother for many, many years. He always addresses any issues that my mother or I bring up. He gives my mother special respect and kindness as to her age. My mother just loves him. He has always given authorization for treatment by specialists and for the most part the specialists he refers her to are excellent. And I am sure if I had said the one bad specialist was not a good fit for us that Dr. Kennedy would have fixed that issue. But it wasn’t that bad and the issue was solved so we didn’t mention anything. His office staff is very hospitable and bright. His techs are wonderful and skilled. At one time I wanted to be his patient but at that time his practice was full. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a really good family doctor.

An excellent physician, despite his extremely busy schedule, Dr. Kennedy maintains a great bedside manner, cheery disposition and shares his honest opinion with his patient (s).

Dr. Kennedy and his office staff are absolutely and without doubt the most professional, caring, and outgoing people you will ever find. From the moment I entered the waiting area /​receptionist and until I finished with my physical, tetanus shot, and blood work it was such an incredible visit. There was no long waiting and you always felt like you were very well cared for. I would recommend Dr. Kennedy and his staff to anyone. I was in the military for 20 years and I have never had such a wonderful doctor office experience. Less than 24 hours later Dr. Kennedy personally called me with my blood test results. Believe me, its does not get any better than this.

My insurance plan changed to one which my primary care physician, whom I trusted and loved with a passion, did not accept. I was devastated. Finding a great doctor is one of the hardest things to do in the world. So, I asked my old doctor to recommend a new one and after reviewing the list of my options, he recommended Dr. Kennedy. Thank God.
From the moment I met Dr. Kennedy, he was very intent on listening to me and asking a laundry-​list of questions. I was there for a yearly checkup. He got back to me with my blood test results in– WAIT for it– LESS than 24 hours! Something was a little off so he wanted to run a few more tests and keep an eye on things… just to be sure. Since then, I have trusted him to be incredibly thorough, attentive (when I call and leave a message, he gets back to me in a timely manner) and very professional. His office is also supremely accommodating. They may not be the warmest or fuzziest, but they are amazing. When it comes to finding an emergency last-​minute appointment on a packed day or helping to make an emergency prescription happen (yes, they’ve helped me with both scenarios), or simply to have everything in order, they can be counted on to make everything run smoothly.
I take my health incredibly seriously and I don’t trust it in just anyone’s hands. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Richard Kennedy with it and recommend him to anyone who feels the same way I do.
