History

Established in 1983.

Back in 1980, I was working for a Nationwide company I decided that I had a lot to offer to my community. (Santa Monica and surrounding areas) I opened my own business in 1980, then Right Way Carpet Care was born.

I am a Carpet and Water Restoration Certified Technician, I operate my business and I always take care of my customers.

With all the qualifications and experience acquired over the years I do not know any other way but the. Right Way!

Marco exceeded our carpet cleaning expectations by about 100%! We had a tough case of a 10 year old wall-​to-​wall carpet covered with old stains, ground in dirt and pet residue in an apartment unit and thought it could not be done, but Marco and his assistant knew exactly how to tackle the job and did an excellent job — he even stopped back in to do a tiny spot clean to make sure that the entire carpet looked great. Excellent work and professional service with integrity. Will use him again without hesitation.

UPDATE (Oct 2015): Marco came back to do a deep cleaning of my carpet. The touch up he did in Sept was great, and I needed more help to be able to rent the unit out to tenants. He came by punctually and did an amazing job!!! I had a prospective tenant come through and ask if the carpets are new (they are 8 years old). Marco is one of a kind, and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a good carpet cleaner.

Marco did a touch up of my carpet in Santa Monica a few days ago, and my Realtor said he did an amazing job. The carpets have never looked so good. Marco was able to accommodate my schedule (it was a last minute thing) and was punctual and very reasonable on price. Highly recommend his work. Thanks, Marco.

Marco is awesome. He told us he usually has a partner who helps him do his job but his partner was not able to make it this time. However, even without a partner to help him he finished so quickly which is amazing considering how disgusting our carpet was. He also cleaned a love seat for us that is white (it was more brown before he cleaned it). It seemed as though it was going to stay a shade of yellow after he cleaned it because of how dirty it was but when it finished drying it was completely white and looked almost new! The carpet also seemed like a lost cause and when he was done we didn’t even want to step on it. Kind of like an awesome birthday cake you don’t want to cut. Thanks Marco! Will definitely be calling you in the future if we need a cleaning again. Definitely recommend since he also charged us pretty cheap.

Like everyone else has written, Marco is a godsend for carpet cleaning. Called several places only to get voicemail. Called another: moderately priced but couldn’t come for several days. And then there’s Marco. Cheaper than the others and said he’d come the next day. Then he thought about it and said «I’ll try hard to get there today.» And he did.
Friendly guy, thorough job. When I saw how good he was doing, I had him do some upholstery for me, too. Don’t screw around with others; make your life easy and call Marco straight away.

Initially we discovered Right Way Carpet via it’s 5 Star Rating and outstanding reviews on Unilocal.We also liked the company name and hoped it sincerely reflected the company approach to carpet care. We are happy to report that it does! Marco, Right Ways Owner, is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly and refreshing! We had been using a well known national source with whom we were becoming increasingly disenchanted. Service was generic and results mediocre. Then we experienced Right Way Carpet Care — Excellent Results! Competitively priced too, especially considering the high value derived. One of the major benefits for us is that under Marco’s care the carpet dries significantly faster! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a terrific carpet cleaning service as well as a very pleasant experience.

Marco was fast, friendly, and his work was fantastic. My carpet was tragically stained and he brought it back to life THE SAME DAY I called him for service.

Found Marco after calling a few other carpet cleaning services in my area for an estimate. He was fairly priced and was able to come the day I called which was great. He was on time… very friendly smile. And very efficient. Had a large area rug and my sofa cleaned… They look like new! It only took about an hour too. Very happy with his service. I had a good experience with Right Way Carpet Care. Marco, the owner, showed up on time, did a very good job and was entirely professional. It was very easy to get an appointment, the carpet came out spotless and it dried rather quickly. Marco has the right equipment and this is really important in getting a good result. I picked them straight out of Unilocal based on the few good reviews which was kind of a «let’s hope for the best» situation. I did not check anywhere else and they turned out to be great just as other reviewers said.

Great job! Marco and Pedro arrived exactly when they said they would. Did the work efficiently. Made the carpets look new. Charged me exactly what they said they would, laid down paper walkways, and were nice. The carpet dried over night, as they promised. Nice work.

Let me start by saying how thorough the carpet cleaners were. I am one of those annoying neat freaks that watches over any workmen that come in and do work in my apt. I was very impressed with the work ethic that the owner has, and his employees. They were gentle with moving my furniture and pieces around, and finished the work in a timely manner. I am thoroughly happy with my carpets the are pristine and stay that way for a while until i keep forgetting to take my shoes off each time! I highly recommend Right Way Carpet Care, you will not be dissapointed, and the owner is polite and attractive :)

I typically equate carpet cleaners and new auto mechanics in the same boat. You never know what to expect, what kind of service you’ll receive and the pricing can be through the roof with all the extra add-​ons. I’ve had Right Way clean my carpets and furniture on several occasions. This company really saved my behind during the rainstorms of 2010. I walked into my living room and began to sink into the carpeting, and not in a good way. I freaked out when I saw that water was coming in from the outside. After a few deep breaths, I remembered that my carpet cleaning company, Right Way Carpet Care, also did water damage.
I called Marco, even though it was after business hours, and he said he would be at my home in Agoura Hills, within three hours. And he was!
The company has maintained my wall to wall carpeting for over 15 years and they are the only ones I would ever call. No doubt.
