Shannon deserves five gold «tail wags». Our dogs love her. Even our scared little girl feels safe with her.
Our dogs are our kids. We don’t trust their care to just anyone. Shannon has earned our complete trust and continued business. She has been walking our dogs for several years now. Plus, she’s just one of the nicest people we know.
Shannon is prompt, courteous, completely professional and is thoughtful enough to send us pictures of our babies when we are away on a trip. She has walked the dogs when I need help at the last minute. And she’s happy to book us months in advance for overnight stays. She leaves us status updates so we know how everyone did while we were away.

Shannon has been walking my dog for about two years now, and we couldn’t be happier. I work part-​time in the office and need dog walks on different days for different weeks, and Shannon is very accommodating of my schedule. She has a real bond with my dog and is a super nice person to humans, too. Shannon has also taken care of my dog in her home when we’ve gone away. We always feel very comfortable knowing that Shannon is taking care of our baby, and we feel lucky to have found her! I would highly recommend Shannon’s dog walking or doggy sitting services.

Shannon came over and we all hit it off immediately! Olivia looks forward to Shannon twice a week and has a wonderful time at her overnights. We are so lucky to have found Shannon as she truly is someone we can trust with our Olivia!

Shannon and Tiffany have been walking my dog for about two years now. I researched and interviewed a few other dog walkers before hiring them and the decision to hire Shannon and Tiffany was very clear. They have continued to be wonderful ever since! My dog is always THRILLED to see them. I trust them completely. I get wonderful updates on how his walk went and I even get photos sometimes which really brightens my day! I have also had Shannon look after Chance when we’re out of town and she does an awesome job. It’s like a dog vacation for him and I can relax knowing he’s in great hands. They have also taken care of my senior citizen cat who is quite picky, and that was awesome as well. They are so reliable, professional AND caring. It’s important to trust the person who has keys to your home and is taking care of your critters (aka fur babies). I am lucky to have found that with Shannon and Tiffany. It’s obvious they care about their clients (both 2 legged and four legged) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dog walker or sitter.

I have used Tiffany ever since I got my second dog, a puppy in Oct 2009. She is great and my timid shelter rescue dogs love her. She always leaves me notes to tell me how they did and she is very reliable. I have called her several times a the last minute and she has still been able to help me out depending on my dogs needs. I typically have her walk them for 45 min, or sometimes just a 15 min potty break.

She is very responsible, professional, flexible and amiable.
I was lucky to get her at the last minute for an emergency the first time we called. I called her at night and came over the next day and took care of everything for us. Four days later we came home to a happy dog. While we were away she was nice enough to text us updates at the end of the day, which made me feel really good. She was on time and left my home just the way we left it and even made our bed for us-​so thoughtful! She came through for us and we look forward to referring her to our friends and neighbors!

I emailed, then finally called Tiffany at Santa Monica Dog Walkers when my neighbor flaked on me and she showed up less than an hour later to walk my Puggle, Wendy. She said she didn’t do a lot of last minute walks for new clients, but I was in a jam and needed to leave pretty soon.
I called her assuming she’d do it since I live in Santa Monica though she said she sometimes does walks in Venice.
