Skin Med Spa

I found the staff exceptionally experienced and they have a great attitude, too. The owner, Bob, is approachable, sweet and goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients… refreshing to see in a medspa. And, they are not as pricey as some spas in Santa Monica.

I’m a fan. I’ve been getting some routine maintenance facial treatments here (hey I ain’t ashamed to admit it — its all about the preventative measures, baby!), and the service, staff and ambiance of Skin Med Spa has been awesome with each visit. I really trust Lori’s advice and point of view and feel like I’m in good hands with her.
The actual space can be a little tricky to find; I went into the big office building when in actuality the spa is on the ground level, next to the front door of the office building.

Went to Skin Med Spa to get botox as my usual doctor med out of state. I was so pleased with the terrific results I got! I am skeptical about receiving botox from RNs that I have never tried before but my results were AMAZING! I have the perfect amount of movement while still maintaining the frozen effect. Looks completely natural! I will definitely go to Skin Med Spa from now on!

The service at Skin Med Spa can’t be beat. Laurie is amazing and I will be recommending her to my friends.

I’ve been so tired lately that I decided to try out a vitamin drip IV. Wow! I had NO idea! It was AMAZING! for the first time in two months I honestly didn’t feel like I was in desperate need of a cup of coffee!
I went in to Skin Med Spa because it’s close to my work, and I was very pleased with the calm positive energy that was around me. Nurse Lori was great, The IV didn’t hurt at all going in, and the whole experience convinced me I have to do this much more often.
This is a nice place and they know what they’re doing. I’ll be a regular here.

Wow! This place is beyond incredible. Everyone was so inviting and fun. I went in for a facial and on my way out I learned of all of the other services offered at the med spa! I’ll be back next week. Seriously impressed.

I sell & lease Luxury Real Estate and often work with hi-​profile clientele. This can be a stressful job, which demands a lot of time & energy. Lately I’ve been working long hours, which has left me feeling drained and under the weather. One of my clients suggested trying a Vitamin Boost or «IV Drip». I decided to take their suggestion and researched local med spa’s that offered this service. I found Skin Med Spa located on 2^nd and Santa Monica minutes away from my office. I called in to schedule an appointment and went in next day on my lunch break to get the «LA Detox». This was my take away experience:
1. The Staff:
* When I arrived the receptionist greeted me by name, introduced me to the nurse and offered me hot coffee while waiting in the reception area for my IV Cocktail to be prepared.
* Nurse Lori had a professional and calm demeanor. She was also very knowledgeable about the vitamin concoction that would be flowing into my blood stream. Before anything she gave me a full breakdown on all 9 of the ingredients and the benefits of each one. You could tell she wasn’t new to this & knew exactly what she was doing which relieved my anxieties of getting an IV plugged into my arm. It didn’t hurt a bit!
2. The Spa:
* Firstly, I love the location, right in the heart of downtown Santa Monica & minutes from my office.
* The spa is very clean & modern with a warm, cozy feeling to it. There were multiple rooms each set up for different procedures. I was relaxing in the IV Bar on a plush recliner, wrapped in a warm blanket, watching The Walking Dead on Netflix. All while being hooked up to an IV Drip. I was calm as a Hindu cow, heavenly!
3. Pricing:
* They say you can’t put a price on your health and wellbeing. I believe this to be true. With that being said, after a bit of research I found that Skin Med Spa was competitively priced with other med spas, not to mention they offered excellent service. I’ll definitely be referring them!
4. Spa Menu:
* I went in for a Vitamin IV Drip by which I had three cocktails to choose from but they also offer an array of other procedures like Botox injections, laser hair removal, custom facials and much more.
Overall, I went in feeling less than exceptional & I left feeling revitalized and ready to take on the world again! I’d recommend Skin Med Spa to my family, friends and anyone looking for that extra little sumpin sumpin to get you looking and feeling great!

Love this place! They really took care of me. Highly skilled Aesthetic Nurses. The environment is relaxing and very clean. I will definitely be back.
