History
Established in 2010.
At SportsFit Phyiscal Therapy & Fitness a group of doctors of physical therapy, certified Pilates instructors, medical massage therapists, certified personal trainers, and physical therapy assistants came together to create a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. Our team has always focused on utilizing a combination of hands on manual therapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, Pilates, massage therapy, and therapeutic modalities, in order to create a holistic, and invigorating treatment plan. The result has been an optimized healing potential and re-establishment of balance in the body for our patients.
