After I wrote my first Unilocal review on this company. I was sent this
«You were reluctant in removing your post in its entirety by 8÷29÷15 at 2 p.m. as I requested. Thus. we will be contacting the Santa Monica Police Department to press charges against you for extortion. In addition, we will be filing a civil suit against both of you for extortion, restitution, etc… Have a nice day.»
I have decided to update my review due to the fact that this company threaten me that they were going to press charges because I did a Unilocal review. After they threaten me I decided I would call santa monica PD and they told me that they are threatening you cause of a Unilocal review and that I can speak how I feel.

I specifically joined Unilocal so I could write this review. Rather than get into the bloody details about my specific tax problems lets just say they were substantial. I had no idea what I was going to do or how I would handle the situation. I did some research and found Strategic Tax Lawyers — even though they had excellent reviews I was still skeptical. However, when I spoke to Peter Jacobson and he explained my options I felt much more comfortable, and now that I am a client I couldn’t be more pleased. This company is the real deal — they didn’t sugar coat the issue and make promises. Instead they were upfront about my situation and communicated with me through the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about their team and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that has a tax issue.

Mr. Behboud is a miracle worker. He knows how to handle and deal with the IRS. Today’s market is flooded with attorneys claiming to be IRS specialists. This law firm gets the job done right the first time.

My father is 91 years old and decided quite a few years back that he was done paying taxes. Well the IRS wasn’t done wanting his money. He owed taxes from 2004 – 2010. I googled Tax Lawyers and found Strategic Tax, I called them and they have been nothing less than totally awesome! They took in to account my fathers age and even made a long trip out to my home on their own time to see what they could do to help, and help was exactly what they did!
Peter and James are the nicest, most honest and fair people I truly have ever met! They put in an offer and compromise and got my fathers debt to the IRS removed completely for pennies compared to what he owed. From the moment I called to meet with them until the last call that I received saying the IRS had accepted the offer they have been nothing but fair, honest and completely there for us!
I will say this is the first review I have ever written but I feel these lawyers deserve a major shout out! So many people promise so many things these days that cannot be delivered. I was never once lied to or treated any other way except for feeling like I was their only client. This is the time and attention you will get from them. They won’t promise you things but they will promise that they will do their very best to help your tax situation! If you are EVER and I mean EVER wanting to deal with one of the best Tax firms in Southern California I truly suggest you call Strategic Tax!

IRS messed up I was looking at fines and more. The Strategic Tax Lawyers unravelled the disaster and I walked away with no money due to the IRS
There was Xavier cost involved but worth the money

It was a Tuesday, 22 January 2013 late afternoon when I received an email from our corporate payroll department. The email was letting me know they received an IRS Levy to garnish my wages for the following Friday, 1 February 2013. I was in a complete utter panic.
I remembered that KNX 1070 AM Radio (in the Los Angeles area) always talked highly about Strategic Tax Attorneys. I looked them up right away before I left for the day from work and I filled out the information that was being requested from me so I could get a call back from the Law Firm. I received a call back the very next day, before 9am. I missed their call but I got back to them later that day.
The attorney I talked with, was very understanding, understood my panic and sense of urgency and kept me very calm in my panic. I was sent an email within an hour, which was requesting information from me to use to work with the IRS. Strategic Tax Attorney’s were on the phone with the IRS asap about my Levy. I was able to send Strategic Tax Lawyers all of my information in by the next morning. One thing they needed and did not have on had were copies of my previous tax returns and I could not get this to them right away, it took me a couple of extra days to do. By the following Monday, the week payroll is processed, Strategic Tax Attorneys, with the amazing team they have, were able to get the Levy lifted from the IRS so it would not affect my wages. A payment plan has been worked out for me and it starts at the very end of March.
I am very grateful for the help of this amazing team. I know they have many other cases they are working on, but I felt like I was top priority, with constant communication between the lawyers and I. I am a very satisfied client and very happy with my decision to reach out to this Firm.
