The Susan Giosa Acting Workshop in Santa Monica, California is a highly respected acting studio that teaches a unique emotional technique I created and have taught for over 12 years. Geared toward the serious professional, my classes focus on intense emotional work, script analysis, scene study and character work. However my unique class, Freeing Your Emotional Core, is helpful to all artists, actors, dancers, singers and writers because it teaches the individual how to deal with their relationship to judgment and empowers them to become much freer in their bodies. I also teach actors how to use emotional release objects, which is an invaluable tool for actors both in their film and theatrical work.

History

Established in 1998.

I have been teaching acting and coaching for over 12 years both in Los Angeles and New York. Being a working actor for over 20 years I have created a unique warm-​up for the actor and unique emotional exercises. I hold a Master’s Degree in Drama Theater, also studied at RADA in London and trained extensively with renowned acting teacher, Larry Moss.
