I would NEVER rent from this company again. neglectful. rude. unprofessional. It aws worth every penny to get out from working with them.

I do not know why the other reviews are filtered. I have dealt with Urban Housing for 5 years now and I can see validity in all of these issues people are having with this company.
You can never reach their offices if something is wrong in your apartment. If the location wasn’t decent, I would have moved a long time ago.
