Here is very lifted selection and very long lines. The is the rite aid near it, that is better to use. The staff is too slow and unhelpful, when had I asked for some items, they answered that didn’t have at the store. After several Min I found what I asked for. They did not check the shelves, just lazily answered«we don’t have it».

Absolutely lazy employees here! I came in just a few moments ago, went straight to the photo counter to use the Western Union kiosk which I have never done before. The lady behind the counter just sat there with a sour face and never said a word, just glaring at people with an attitude. One employee walked up and started talking to a man playing with photos on another machine. Again, never spoke to me even though I was obviously in line waiting for assistance. By the time I figured out that the photo machines are also the WU machines, it was too late and WU doesn’t function after 9:00 p.m. Looked at my phone. 9:03 p.m. And this is an important transfer so I am incredibly unhappy at the moment. To the rude lady with the sucka%*# attitude, get over yourself. You have a job to do and it wouldn’t hurt your karma to frickin’ smile and say hi to people.

Please… Please! Walgreens manager read this!!! Your pharmacy is completely understaffed EVERYDAY, you have employees who can’t fill scripts behind counter… Why not create a new line? For drop off vs pick up? I know I’m not the manager of this store but who knows who is?!? I’ve asked, he wasn’t in… Ok Walgreens, you have 1 more chance, your pharmacy has good stock of meds which is nice but 30min wait yesterday, now I’ve been on hold for 24min and counting ! Get your act together Walgreens or lose another customer to crappy cvs… No… MAILORDER!

Would really appreciate if accurate wait amd fill times were given by pharmacists. Long waits.

Sells fake biosilk. Unsealed, watery, not what I can get from the real deal but still a steep $ 26 Also everything comes with a lower return value, so buyer beware, if you need to return it you won’t get your money back.

This Walgreen’s was Ok, but don’t think I’d go back here, prefer the one on Olympic. Your basic Walgreen’s, but bit limited. Has parking lot, so that’s a good thing! But hey it’s another choice to RiteAid and CVS(mind you, those other choices have two locations each on Wilshire).

Absolutely horrible service. The pharmacist wouldn’t let me drop off my prescriptions and tried to make me wait in a line of seven people who are picking up their prescriptions. Just go to rite aid it’s faster and the pharmacist will take your prescriptions right away and won’t make you wait in a pickup line. DOYOURSELF A FAVORANDGOTORITEAID it’s 3 minutes away and will save you much time

My boyfriend walked several miles in the cold and rain to pick up the photos he had developed in the photo center at this location. They only printed 7 out of 27 photos on one camera, and 19 on the other! And the receipt called for all 27! They did not return the film either, so there is no way to get all those pictures back. Very disappointed in this location and I will never come to this location again. Very heated and sad about losing pictures :-(booooooo Update: he called them and once he explained his problem they hung up on him. Horrible customer service too!!!

Most understaffed pharmacy I’ve ever need too. Always a line. Very slow service at pharmacy.

This review is solely for the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I hate this pharmacy. It is ALWAYS so busy and there are not nearly enough staff to help people dropping off and picking up prescriptions. I was there today and all I wanted to do was drop off my prescription. The only person working at the counter said he was unable to help me and could only help with those picking up prescriptions. I was to wait in line longer, after waiting for over ten minutes. I highly suggest going down the street two blocks to the Rite Aid. It is much less busy and there are separate areas for dropping off your script and picking up. Walgreens lost another customer today; not only for today but because every single time I came to this pharmacy, there was always a very long wait. I have only been coming here since October 2015. Today was just the icing on the cake!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. They refused to give my Mom her blood pressure Medicine and insisted that she had already picked it up when she hadn’t. They then went on to treat her as if she were some senile old woman who forgot she picked up her meds. Mother f’ers! Worst pharmacy ever!

This Walgreens is nice for its location and the staff helpfulness but I give it a three because they seem to be always understaffed and that’s a challenge in waiting every single time I come here. Friendly staff though which I love. Easy parking underneath too

Pharmacy service here is pretty horrible. There is a total inability to multitask. Many is a time that I have dropped off a refill early in the morning, returning after work to pick up only to be informed that they haven’t even begun refilling it. So I stand there watching three people behind the counter bumble about the same computer, stand around chatting, and generally seeming uninterested in the line that continues to form… In short it is the dmv of pharmacies.

Super clean, tidy and great service. I have been there three times so far for different items and it has been so easy to find whatever I need. Their products seems new and clean unlike so many other walgreens that I have been to before. The service has been great. No long lines, and there is always somebody to ask for help if you need it. I really like this walgreens and would definitely recommend it to others!

Worst pharmacy people. Rude. too busy. Closed the ‘drop off’ and direct you to a line to WAIT10 minutes to deliver a piece of paper ? Walked out — down the street to RiteAid — ‘be ready in 10 minutes if you want to wait’ said the polite woman at «drop off». Decided to wait so of course I dropped about $ 60 bucks on miscellaneous stuff in the store while I was there. Stupid Walgreens. Losing customers.

The pros: 24 hour pharmacy, parking, central location, reasonably nice people, sales on cosmetics The cons: I asked another local pharmacy to take over my RX at walgreens. They called me saying that Walgreens refused to answer their calls and put them on hold for 20 – 30 minutes at a time! They also didn’t have a common medication in stock. Will never use again.

The pharmacy is incompetent. I dropped off a prescription and they tell me it will take 30 minutes. I walk around the store for 20 or so minutes and then wait at the pharmacy waiting area. The pharmacy was very busy so I didn’t mind waiting a little longer. After an hour goes by from the time I dropped it off, I ask them what’s taking so long. Come to find out they didn’t even process it. They had my prescription right in front of them and doesn’t process it. They said they would«put a rush on it.» Another 20 minutes goes and I go back to talk to them and they haven’t even begun filling the prescription. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to get it filled. I suggest going to another pharmacy.

Typical walgreens, has the essentials you need if youre in a rush. Everything is well organized so faorly easy to find whatever it is youre looking for. This particular store is open 24 hours 7 days a week so just show up at any time. They always have great specials, just make sure youre carrying your rewards card or the price is sometimes DOuBLE! Plenty of parking. Service is pretty ehhh, you get help if you ask, but like I said, typical walgreens.

So I just had the weirdest experience at this Walgreens. Checkout guy was super rude to me when I said I didn’t want a rewards card. Then he just remained silent and stacked my stuff next to the register. I paid. He stared at me. I waited for him to bag it. He stared at me. Then he finally said«we don’t have any bags.» I said«none?» And he just stared at me. I said«you have no solutions, I’m just supposed to grab all this and carry it down to my car?» He just stared at me. Still no response. I awkwardly grabbed it all in my arms and said«this is a very odd customer service experience.» He just stared at me. So I carried about 12 items, including 2 boxes of tampons and 2 boxes of panty liners, dropping stuff the whole way to my car down below in a parking garage. Creepy and annoying. Back to CVS I go.

I’ve never been a fan of the Walgreen’s layout. But, today I needed to get a few things and they were right there. I found my stuff, but it is an odd store. Know before you go… It doesn’t appear they have much if any parking BUT they do. It is just underground. Pull in and follow the signs. You can take the stairs, elevator or escalator up to the store. I found what I was looking for and got in and out pretty fast. There was a long line and one check stand open, but then they opened 2 more.
