Dr. Aynehchi is not only a remarkable surgeon that is caring, attentive, calming, assuring, he would be a great guy to have as a buddy.
I don’t mind the drive from Long Beach to Santa Monica because I receive a high level of service and professionalism.
My appointments are on time and his staff his friendly.
I would recommend Dr. A to anyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Amanda Salvado at the Santa Monica office!
I came in after having a week of decreased hearing, some dizziness, and tinnitus. Dr. Salvado was super friendly and went through my health history and symptoms. I never felt rushed or intimidated. Dr. Salvado calmly gave me her diagnosis and a followup plan with a referral to get a hearing test. It wasn’t the diagnosis I wanted but I was happy with how the doctor delivered it.
I never had any problems with booking an appointment or with billing at this office/​practice.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Salvado and this practice for your ENT needs.

I went to Westside Head & Neck and saw Dr. Aynehchi regarding some skin issues I was having. The office is beautiful, in a great location in Santa Monica, with street parking everywhere. The staff is very professional and attentive, they didn’t have a long wait time at all. Dr. Aynehchi himself is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. His bedside manner is amazing, he’s very understanding and thorough. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and made sure he answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office, and this doctor!

Nose Job with Dr. Behrad Aynehchi

Broke my nose a couple years ago and never had it fixed properly, but even before that I was not always happy with the way my nose looked. Finally, I did some proactive research on finding a doctor I liked based on previous work and visual idea similar to my own. I found Dr. Aynehchi online and went for a consultation. Dr. Aynehchi was THOROUGH, PATIENT, and LISTENED. He was knowledgeable and I felt at ease. I followed through with the surgery. It was the best decision I have made in my adult life. From the VERY BEGINNING to the VERY END, everything from the office staff, surgical center, nurses, the whole 9 yards was PERFECT and I not once did I hesitate or have second thoughts. I was comfortable through the entire process, it was SMOOTH. My nose is AMAZING. I have not even one slight complaint about my nose. My breathing is 100% clear and my friends and family cannot stop boasting about how amazing my nose is, thanks to Dr. Aynehchi. It’s just perfect and I am SO HAPPY and relieved. If you are considering a nose job, DO NOT HESITATE to schedule a consultation. He changed my life.
DETAILS:
My nose needed a lot of work (Rhinoplasty/​Septoplasty/​Turbinate reduction/​Nasal Reconstruction). All of the things I needed were explained to me in the consultation. All of my questions were answered and I felt really confident leaving the office that day, mostly because Dr. Aynehchi is really approachable, calm and focused on his work. I really got the most out of the consultation. He took pictures of the front view and profile and, that same day, he sent me simulations, an example of what I could expect after the surgery. I loved them and started really considering the surgery after this point. Dr. Aynehchi and I were in touch from that point on, he even called me personally to answer all of my questions (I had a lot of questions, all the time).
The surgery was at another location, Beverly Hills Specialty Surgical Center, which was nice and clean and organized. Dr. Aynehchi has great bedside manner, made me feel really comfortable on the day of surgery and continued to give me the best version of my nose I could ask for. The recovery was exactly as the detailed instructions said it would be. No surprises for me. He was available for any questions I had through the recovery as well.
Overall, I felt like I got the best treatment from beginning to end and have recommended him to all my family and friends who might be considering.
This was my first surgery, and the only part I was nervous about was getting the cast off, naturally. I think that says something about a doctor.
A+ across the board, highly recommendable, no questions asked!

I woke up with a very terrible and painful ear ache. I called their office and got a wonderful same day appointment in Santa Monica with Dr. Aynehchi.
How unusual these days to have a flexible office to see someone on the same day.
Very short wait time too, considering my same day appointment.
Dr. Aynehchi was kind and intelligent with an excellent bedside manner. He soon prescribed medication to cure my ear infection. He even took a phone call from me that day to answer my quick question asking about the possibility of using ear drops (they wouldn’t help as the problem is in the inner/​middle ear and ear canal behind the ear).
I would recommend this office and Dr. Aynehchi to anyone who needs a great ear nose and throat contact.

My throat had been bothering me for a few weeks and it would hurt when I swallowed but Dr. Aynechi was so nice and took care of me. He makes everyone so comfortable and makes going to the doctor a great experience. I definitely recommend him!

I called this morning bc I was so desperate to see an ENT doctor for my allergies and sinus congestion/​infection while being pregnant. I was able to get an appt with Dr Salvador. I waited 20 min past my appt time, but the actual visit was totally worth the wait. She was very thorough in her examination, listened patiently, was compassionate, was careful of my current needs of being pregnant, etc. She answered all of my questions and I was very happy with my visit. After pregnancy, I hope to go back to get some other things checked out.

I saw Dr Putnam at this office for issues I had been having with my ears while scuba diving. She was very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain everything to me even showing me pictures of my issue. I’m a nurse so I do understand healthcare lingo but remembering the anatomy of the ear is not something I had reviewed in a while. She discussed the options with me talking about the pros and cons of all of them. I never felt like she was rushing me out to see her next patient which seems to be a quality that is harder and harder to find in doctors nowadays with their increased patient loads. Thank you Dr Putnam for all your information. I hope your advice works :)

In life, there are few pivotal moments that have the power to change everything. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for life and feel so blessed to have met Dr. Aynehchi… It’s the hardest thing to try to express my appreciation for what he did for me, because how do you thank someone for your life? I booked an appt. just over a week ago to get checked for some hearing asymmetry and increased headaches. No big deal, I thought. As soon as I met him, He exuded compassion, attunement to really hearing me, thorough questioning, and unparalleled patient care to truly assess what’s going on. Had he not listened to his intuition and intelligence and ordered the MRIs, my diagnosis of a baseball-​sized brain tumor would have been missed. I thank God for letting me cross paths with Dr. Aynehchi because I am alive to tell this story and I am recovering. God is good. Then I was so touched when he showed up at the unaffiliated surgery hospital to check in on me and just be there to comfort me. I will never forget what he said, «this will build you into a stronger person with an appreciation for every moment. Take this as a gift and run with it. You deserved it. Live the life you were meant to live.» I am moved to tears over and over. I can never repay him for what he did for me, but I hope this sentiment conveys my overjoyed and humbled heart. Not only is he a great doctor, but a wonderful person. Thank you!

Have a sinus/​throat issue that’s been bothering me for weeks. Booked a same day appointment as a new patient. Arrived 10 minutes late and was meeting Dr Aynehchi within minutes.
Gave me a solid and very friendly consulatation: quick easy, painless. Prescriptions and out the door.
Great, quick visit. Great practice and good doc. Would go back.

Dr. Eynachi is wonderful. I had gone to several e.n.t’s and he was the only one that was able to help with the pressure in my ears. He was very patient and very careful with his exam. He did not rush me in and out or try to up sale me any unnecessary products or services.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Salvado is! She is always kind and honest with me, and I know her advice is in my best interest always. I’ve been to other doctors that have tried to convince me into additional procedures that I don’t want or need. This never happens with Dr. Salvado. I can always count on her to take care of my true needs and always give me her honest, professional opinion. The results I’ve had with her procedures have been outstanding, I can’t ask for a better doctor!

This place is topnotch! I have insurance through Covered California and though I’m a fan of the Affordable Care act, is seems that a lot of places won’t accept insurance bought through the exchanges for certain procedures (an audiogram). Kimberly in the front office there has gone above and beyond to find a place that will accept my insurance even after my attempts to get answers from my provider (HealthNet) were for naught. And Dr. Wang was thorough and helpful. Very happy with Westside Head & Neck.

I recently went to see Dr. Aynehchi for my ears. I’ve had such bad allergies which has caused my ears to itch like crazy. I have been dealing with this issue for a couple of years and nobody has been able to help me. But after seeing Dr. Aynehchi my ears feel 80% better! (After just 1 week) I can’t believe it. He is amazing! On top of it he is smart young professional consoling and has great bed side manner. I recommend him to everyone! I can now feel like a normal person and not be embarrassed in public because of my ear itching!

We recently came to the new Santa Monica office and it is beautiful. It was so nice to be in such a clean and inviting setting. Dr. Salvado has been our family Ear Nose and Throat doctor for many years and she is a fabulous doctor. She treats three generations in my family and we all highly recommend her! Dr. Salvado has a wonderful bedside manner and always makes us feel comfortable and fully informed. Dr. Salvado is thorough in her examinations and her follow through. It is easy to schedule appointments and Dr. Salvado is always responsive to questions. We highly recommend Dr. Salvado.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Aynehchi for my ears and sinuses. He is everything I could ask for (and more). Very professional, funny, and knowledgeable. He’s just a great guy with lot’s of integrity and I have gained the respect and appreciation of all the friends and family that I have referred his way. The visits are seamless and efficient. I’ve never had a physician explain things as clearly and patiently as he does. His patience does not stop with the office either. I have had the misfortune of needing hospitalization twice for the ear infections and he made sure to check on me in the hospital each day and keep me in the loop.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Aynehchi for my botox every three months after being referred by a friend. He knows his stuff and has such a great personality. Funny guy and very down to earth. I recently graduated to voluma filler for my cheeks and couldn’t be happier.

Wow. Dr. Aynehchi is one of the first doctors who has ever made me feel completely comfortable knowing all my questions and curiosities have been answered.
I saw him on multiple occasions and he truly makes sure you know that no stone is left unturned when it comes to your care. He is thorough with his examination and you can tell by how he points out every meticulous detail that he sees. As a patient it makes me tremendously satisfied to see any doctor put this much effort into his practice.
Lastly, Dr. Aynehchi did not make me feel stupid for asking what some may consider dumb questions. He answered each one extremely patiently and provided me with the assurance that he would do all that he could to help my cause. It has a month after I have seen him and I can seriously say that the results speak for themselves. I look and am breathing significantly better than before and I am very happy with my result. Dr. Aynehchi really knows what he is doing.

Dr. Ayenechi is so great. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable seeing him as a patient and confident in his ability. I will definitely continue to go see him and would recommend him to any of my friends.

Dr. Putnam is hands down the best! After a few failed attempts at self treatment using Web MD and anecdotal recommendations, and one negative experiences with an urgent care physician that felt more like a cattle call, I thought I was going to have to live with sinus pain and discomfort. One visit with Dr. Putnam and I am convinced that modern medicine is the way to go. She was professional and really smart, without a hint of arrogance. She immediately identified my problem, went over the possible treatment options thoroughly (and in plain English) and was patient with all of my cynical questions. I left with the impression that someone cared about healing me.
Dr. Putnam is also an amazing surgeon and I feel like a new man thanks to her! No more reading internet horror stories about Doctors and no more watching Dr. Oz. Getting professional medical intervention was worth every penny. If you have any ear, nose or throat problems, seek out Dr. Putnam.
As far as the office staff, I didn’t have any problems. Everyone was nice and professional during my visits and I received an adequate level of personal attention from the staff.
