Leah was a life-​saver. Our wedding, at Landmark Vineyards in Sonoma County, wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her! We hired Leah for «partial» wedding coordination. However, she went above and beyond our expectations.
We also hired her as our florist, which worked out perfectly. Having her as our florist as well as our venue designer/​decorator allowed her to seamlessly integrate beautiful flowers into our wedding design. It was one less vendor we (and Leah :)) had to deal with. Her flowers were simply stunning. My husband and I did not know much about floral design, so we just created a Pinterest board and showed our our ideas, and she took it from there.
Leah ran our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day from start to finish. We were able to truly relax and enjoy all wedding festivities since we knew Leah was on it! She made sure we were never bothered by vendors or logistical issues that may have arose, even going as far as making sure the caterers brought appetizers and drinks to us while taking photos after the ceremony!
Even though it is almost a year after our wedding, people still rave about how fun, relaxed, beautiful, and enjoyable our wedding was. This wouldn’t have happened without Leah. Thank you so much Leah!

Leah Bertoli decorated the ceremony site for my wedding at Vintners Inn and did an absolutely beautiful job. I had had a particular vision in mind and using my rough sketch and different photos I selected from pinterest, she was able to create a look that was even more stunning than we had imagined. Vintners has weddings almost every week in the high season, but the staff at the hotel commented that they had never seen the ceremony site decorated in such a unique and elegant way before.
Floral was one of the most frustrating aspects of wedding planning for me, as I did not want to spend thousands and thousands dollars. I had approached several florists and they completely ignored the budget I had in mind. Leah was the only one who was flexible enough to work with me and help me figure out a way for the flowers to look beautiful within what I wanted to spend. I really appreciated this and it made it very easy to work with her. Along with her fantastic sense of style and artistry for décor, she was one of our favorite vendors from the wedding!

We can not give enough stars or thank Leah enough for providing the BEST wedding planning, day-​of-​coordination and floral design for our wedding. Our wedding went so smoothly and our flowers and décor were AMAZING! She also has amazing rentals (like Marquee signs!) that are much cheaper than you would ever find at any larger party rental store. She worked with our small budget and went above and beyond what we were expecting! I would highly recommend hiring Leah for all of your wedding needs!

Leah was our wedding coordinator for our April wedding at Cornerstone Gardens. She was wonderful, calm and extremely patient throughout the entire process. Her services and support exceeded my expectations. She is also well connected in Sonoma and was able to give me advice on vendors, pricing etc. On the day of my wedding, she again went beyond my expectations. She also did my décor and flowers and it all come together beautifully. Leah has a very creative eye and knows how to create the right vision for your wedding! Leah did an fantastic job for my wedding yesterday! She is the best vendor I’ve worked for the wedding. We had a meeting in her Santa Rosa studio and I showed her my pinterest board and we looked thru her inventory. She executed my plan flawlessly! I was amazed by the décor after she set things up! I got so many compliments about how beautiful the desert table looks! I’ll upload pic after I get from professionals. At the end of it, she gave the frame with our names and wedding date to me as a souvenir. (we used it to decorate my check-​in table) How thoughtful! Again, thanks Leah for the amazing job! Truly appreciate it!

Leah worked with my daughter and I to create a magical setting with St. Francis Winery as our backdrop!
We trusted in her opinion and she listened to our ideas which when all brought together created an amazing wedding.
Everything truly ran like clockwork. She directed the vendors in a quiet manor so you didn’t even know they were there. We did nothing on the day of as she handled everything.
We took her recommendations for the DJ and the Cake as well as the Rental company and the Caterer.

Bertoli Bridal did our wedding coordination and flowers. Maria was our day of coordinator and she was just perfect! Everything went smoothly and she was very nice about everything. Leah did our flower arrangements and they were exactly what I was looking for which was not easy because I barely knew what I was looking for. My husband and I were married on 11÷1÷2014 and hired Leah Bertoli to be our day-​of– coordinator and floral and décor designer. To say that Leah went above and beyond to make our day amazing and gorgeous is practically an understatement. Our wedding was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful thanks to Leah and her team. Everything from the ceremony site, to the bouquets to the centerpieces was done to the highest level of perfection.
I was a very detail oriented bride who wanted things done specifically, and Leah was the right person for the job. I was so happy to have had here there for our wedding day as it allowed me to relax and enjoy my day, knowing that they details were in the hands of the right person. Having Leah as our coordinator and design specialist was hands down the best decision we made in regards to planning our wedding.
From the initial planning meetings, to picking out flowers, to designing centerpieces, Leah was an absolute joy to work with. She is so talented and has such an eye and imagination for décor and design. Leah completely exceeded, by far, any expectation I could have had for what my wedding day would look like. Leah brought my husband and me to the ballroom for a «sneak peek»; before guests were invited in for dinner, and as soon as she opened the doors, I was speechless… the beauty of the room, the candles, the flowers, everything… brought tears to my eyes!!! Our reception was everything I had even imagined and so much more.
Even now, weeks after our wedding, we still have guests talking to us about how amazing the décor and flowers of the room and ceremony was, and how gorgeous the wedding was overall; it is all thanks to Leah.
In addition to any floral or décor items, Leah was a great go-​to coordinator for the day. She planned our timeline for the day and everything flowed like clockwork! If I needed something, she was right there to help out. She helped with my bustle, my end of the night dress change and everything in-​between.
Our wedding was truly the best night of our lives, and I owe so much of that to Leah.

There are people that are simply the best at what they do, Leah of Bertoli Bridal & Design is no exception. My husband and I hired Leah to be our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding earlier this October. It was easily the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. Leah is kind, smart, genuine, hard-​working, passionate about her job, and a true professional.
In every way she went above and beyond what a day of coordinator usually entails. She met with me on numerous occasions, accompanying me on trips to La Tavola Linen and Wine Country Rentals, she drove 2 times from Santa Rosa to my home in Napa to meet with me, Leah even went thrift shopping with my mother and I one day. When you book a planner for day of coordination, you expectations are that they will be fully available to you on your one special day. Leah clearly makes the effort to be so much more than that for her clients.
In addition to the day of coordination, we also hired Leah to do the flowers, including all of the centerpieces, bouquets, and bouteneires. We had high hopes that the flowers would be beautiful, and when I say they were perfection, I really mean it. I was blown away when she brought over our bouquets and truly stunned by the gorgeous ceremony flowers she put together for us. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she delivered ten fold. Everyone was asking me which florist we used, I was thrilled to tell them that Leah had created them. I also have to mention that Leah also generously let us use a plethora of her tall votive candles to line our aisle during the ceremony. The second I began to walk down the aisle, I immediately noticed how truly breathtaking the ceremony was, she just went above and beyond.
Our wedding day was truly a dream wedding, and my wedding day vision came to life only through Leah’s hard work and expertise. If you are a bride looking to hire the best, I assure you that Leah Bertoli is it!

We used her full service package. My new husband and I planned our wedding from another state, and I was so worried this would be very difficult. But, Leah made this possible.
Leah was calm throughout the process, never making me feel stressed out. She understood and made sure every aspect of our wedding was what we wanted.

Our wedding day went unbelievably smooth, and it was all because of her. Several of our guests came up to us at the wedding and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Leah was our «day of» coordinator and did the flowers for our wedding. I put day-​of in quotes because she was so much more than that. She was available to us for months ahead of time to answer our many questions. Planning a wedding — no matter how simple you try to keep it — is such a complicated process, and Leah’s experience was invaluable to us. We received several discounts on rentals because of her relationships. At the rehearsal and on the day of the event, Leah saw to it that everything flowed seamlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her floral designs were simple yet striking — she has a wonderful sense of color, contrast, and unity. Because of the exceptionally careful job she did with clean-​up of the site, we got every penny of our deposit back. She is a great problem-​solver and problem-​preventer, always calm and pleasant. I got married on April 26 2014 and hired Leah for floral design. First, her floral design was beyond my expectations. The floral arrangements were so beautiful, they turned out exactly what I wanted and more! Leah worked with me on combining my antique centerpieces with her candlesticks and votives as well as deigning my ceremony space. She even helped with organizing the clean up which just made my life easier. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for your wedding!

From our first meeting until the end of our wedding, Leah was a pleasure to work with! We chose the Emerald wedding coordination package and also had Leah do our save-​the-​dates, wedding invitations, and flowers – Everything was superb, highly customized to our tastes, and an AMAZING VALUE.
She worked with us to create save-​the-​dates, invitations, place cards etc that matched our style and budget and made sure that our vineyard theme was continued throughout all the details of the wedding.
The flowers were some the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen – we were so pleased with the way that everything was coordinated and how the arrangements could be easily used for both the ceremony and reception, saving us a lot of $$.
In terms of planning, Leah was prompt with her responses, very knowledgeable about other wedding vendors, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every detail was taken care of for our wedding. We moved across the country in the middle of planning the wedding and Leah went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything in CA was taken care of and kept us in the loop via email at all times and had great recommendations for vendors which helped us out a lot when we couldn’t check places out in person.
We highly recommend Leah for her wedding day services. Our entire wedding party arrived at the event site 2 hours before the ceremony and everything was in place and just as we had previously planned and the entire wedding went perfectly – She had everything covered — She was even prepared with stain remover when I rested my purple flowers on my white wedding dress!
Leah made sure that the wedding party got to sample the appetizers during cocktail hour (since we were taking pictures) and even drove us and the photographer to another scenic picture spot so we could get the perfect pictures – this was above and beyond the call of duty and is just one of the many ways Leah makes sure all the details are taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your wedding!

I contacted Leah Bertoli about a month before my wedding, because I was in dire need of assistance with last minute wedding planning. She was phenomenal. Words cannot express how grateful I am that Leah was part of my special day. From the beginning she demonstrated her creativity as well as her professionalism. When I first met Leah I hadn’t the slightest clue about all the little details that come into play for a wedding. Leah worked with us from the selection of the wedding colors all the way to the day of. Leah was very patient and understanding with both my fiancé and I, as we had all kinds of crazy ideas. The compliments began to roll in as soon as people received the invitations that Leah made for us. People said that the invitations were beautiful and unique. The day of the wedding was perfect and I know it was because of Leah. She made sure that every little detail was taken care of and that I didn’t, nor my fiancé, have to worry about anything. I hired Leah to be our day-​of coordinator for our Napa wedding in Sept 2009 and she did a great job!
I first met Leah at a wedding expo up in Santa Rosa. Her services were in the right price range and she was very useful in helping me plan my wedding. She is very quick with email correspondence if you have questions and always calls you back promptly.
I wasn’t planning on using any of her other services, but I ended up hiring her to print our invitations and arrange all of our flowers. The invitations were exactly what we wanted and came out beautifully. The flowers were also beautiful and she tied my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and groom/​groomsmen boutonnieres.
For the wedding itself, she arrived early and set everything up. She also provided a few wedding decorations of her own such as chinese paper lanterns, candles, and parasols. Although I didn’t think so before, those extra touches really made the difference! And the whole wedding ran smoothly and she was really a big help! I got to just relax on my wedding day and she took care of all the details!

Leah Bertoli did a fabulous job as the day-​of coordinator for our wedding. She made sure the event ran smoothly, without us having to worry about a thing. She also ran our rehearsal the day before. What was especially helpful was transferring all of the various decorations (since a lot of it was DIY) to her car so she could set up the entire venue without us having to worry about transporting them. I gave her free reign to put out the various decorations wherever she thought they should belong, and everything looked fabulous.
As an added bonus, the parasols she brought were VERY helpful for guests in the 90-​plus degree heat, as well as being useful as a light diffuser and prop for wedding photos of my husband and I.
