Consistently good sandwiches. The to go salads are good too. They are very accommodating when we’ve had large orders for work. Excellent customer service and nice staff.

Decent sandwich. Ingredients tasted fresh, didn’t take long to make at all.
No comparison to Ike’s though!

Good place — they have a ‘great hall’ style of dining with 2 long communal tables and then separate tables spread out, plus a beautiful outside area to eat.
The sandwiches are good to very good. In my opinion as good as or better than Ikes. Good bread — lots of choices and quality meats and cheeses. My friend’s and I are always happy with a take away from Bianchini’s.

The salads are tasty and fresh; the service is usually friendly despite the usual lunch time wait

I have been coming here for several months now, and it is spot on every time. Their salads are fresh, healthy and reasonably priced. You can create your own salads so you will never be bored when eating here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and are always sanitary with hand washing and putting on gloves while they make your food. Very convenient to pick up a salad or sandwich on the way home or to work. I have tried both the small and regular sized salads several times, and the Rueben sandwich is delish! I didn’t see the Rueben on the menu but you can ask for it on Rye bread. I plan to continue being a regular customer and try more of their sandwiches. Definitely come here and you won’t be dissapointed!

been here twice. first time was great, second time not so much. The sandwiches were cold and had a nasty sauce on one. For two small decent sandwiches and one bag of chips we will not be coming back, for i am not going to pay 30 dollars for two meals where i can get something close to them at somewhere better and cheaper.

I love this place though I typically go to the Petaluma location. Total was a little less than satisfying. Called in to be put on hold for 5 mins, then when I got their the kid at the register bagged up the wrong order. When I saw him ringing things up and not saying anything, I had to stop him as I only had 1 sandwich.
He took it back and rebagged it again, I thankfully mentioned «no onions add pickles» and yet again had to take it back and rebag. Wrong sandwich again.
If I was in a hurry, grabbed it and left, I’d be very sad about lunch. $ 18 bucks for a sandwich, water and lemon bar? Did the price go up? Yikes
Will try again but today was not your day Bianchini’s.

Stopped in this afternoon to eat quickly with my sister while waiting for one of the kids to get out of school. I was very happy that they have sliced sourdough, and the sandwich was amazing. Turkey was flavorful, bread was soft. Each of us got a sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink. We also ordered cookies — the Heath Bar cookies were SO legit. All together, it was $ 34, I felt like it was a little pricey for sandwiches but they were really good.

My absolute favorite salad place in town. Fresh ingredients, delicious salads. Right down the street from my house too. This place has the most delicious salads, and they are fast for to go lunches too. 5 stars, best salads in town!

I absolutely love their salad, and love the fact that it’s made for the hearty eater (unlike a previous reviewer). Tons of options and if you get the large you can add Tri-​tip, or grilled chicken or a few other options in addition to your 6 toppings and choice of greens. You can also get them to toss the salad for you there, which I haven’t seen at any place I’ve ordered salads from. I’m a big lunch eater, and the salads I’ve had from there are more than enough for a complete meal, and it tastes great.

Excellent meatball sandwich, good food price was perfect cute place worth the drive. … :)

Good location, surrounded by other food places, Starbucks, Safeway, AT&T etc. but the parking lot sucks at lunch time. My food has always been ok, but I feel like I just keep coming back because it’s convenient and it’s simple to get a sandwich. They have a build your own sandwich option which is cool, and a bunch of signature options too. I feel like the bread is always just a little too crunchy on the edges, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
I’m taking issue with the salads though, as far as eating in. How in the world would this huge (I ordered a small… it’s still giant! bonus) salad possibly fit on a tiny square plate without spilling over? Yeah… it’s not possible. A good quarter of my salad spilled over the sides unfortunately, because every time I placed my fork in the salad there just wasn’t enough room to allow me to get my stuff on my fork. I dislike onions, and unfortunately something in my salad tasted like it had an abundance of onion powder all over it. It may have been the raspberry dressing or feta crumbles that were grossing me out, but between my salad not having enough room to breathe on the miniature plate and the onion taste, it was enough for me to say I’ll probably never order a salad here again.

Ordered a roasted turkey with avocado, pesto, onion, tomatoes and lettuce. (#3) very yummy! The bread though. Mmmmm. My fav. (Soft French roll)
You can also crate your own salad. Or get a hug salad and half sandwich.
There are beers on tap too.

Great place with friendly service & delicious food! Great concept with their fresh salads made just the way you want them right before your eyes.
I can’t get away from the ½ & ½ (sandwich & salad). It’s so good & I get to try different sandwiches by the half… which are very filling! Highly recommend!

They’re always so quick to make the salads and sandwiches, and they taste very fresh and delicious! I love coming here…

Stopped here with my parents while we were running errands in Santa Rosa.
Ambiance: pay at the counter, very casual. Indoor and outdoor seating
Food: I made my own salad and it was pretty good. You get 6 toppings which is a good amount, and they had an interesting Gorgonzola white white sauce that I liked. Of course meat and avocado are extra so it wasn’t the cheapest salad, but that’s usually how it is.
Overall: yeah I’d stop here again if I was in the area

Bianchini’s is on the expensive side for sandwiches in Santa Rosa, but ingredients are fresh and taste delicious! The made-​in-​house cookies were a bit of a disappointment though, both the chocolate and white chocolate macadamia fell short of expectations.

Bianchini’s has sammies and salads. a few drafts too. lots of seat in spaces.

This is my favorite sandwich spot. Their bread is always so fresh and the ingredients have so much flavor. Everyone is always friendly and fast too. I prefer the sandwiches over salads personally but the salads have great topping and dressing options. Their Reuben sando is the best one I’ve had in Santa Rosa. My boyfriend gets the Pesto Turkey Avocado and they pack it full. Their snickerdoodle cookies are also a great touch.
