History

Established in 2013.

After working in the rodent proofing industry for a number of years it was discovered that a green environmentally conscious method was not only possible but also much better and even more effective. Clean & Green Critter Solutions was formed to provide just that, a clean, green and discreet alternative method to rid your home or business of rodents, raccoons, opossums, and bats.

I love these guys! If I had to have a mouse infestation — at least I found a very nice and professional team to deal with it. Jim and Tom and Jesse have been punctual, professional and very committed to getting rid of the problem. The service and follow-​up visits are above and beyond. Nothing but good things to say about Clean and Green. We had a fairly large rodent issue that Jim and the guys took care of from identifying entry points, removal of soiled insulation all the way to trapping and monitoring. They guarantee their work for two years also! Definitely the way to go over Hitmen who are a joke or any other large scale operation.

Jim did a most thorough inspection of every nook and cranny inside and under my house and did not mind me following him around. It was evident fairly early on the critter problem was less than thought, and he suggested someone else who would charge less compared to his minimum even though he had just spent almost two hours on this inspection. Knowledgeable and super honest!

Look no further! If you need rodent control services I cannot imagine how any company could possibly exceed, or even come close, to the level of professionalism and know-​how that Clean & Green provides.
I’d actually researched and recommended Clean & Green to my 80-​year-​old aunt who lives in Windsor. She was utterly frustrated with other pest control companies she’d tried. From the moment she called and talked to Jim, he took charge and handled her issues as if they were HIS PROBLEMS. Here’s an elderly woman, living alone. Did they take advantage of her? No. Jim and his crew treated her like family.

I had a terrible rat infestation in a rental unit. Jim at Clean & Green was the only company I spoke to that really understood the scope of the problem and could take care of it at a reasonable cost. The rats had an encampment in the attic! Plus, they had gotten into the heating ducts, etc. YUCK! Here’s how Jim handled it:
1. Identify and repair every possible place that pests can get into the structure.
2. Trap and remove all pests.
3. Remove and replace all attic insulation; have HVAC ductwork cleaned.
4. Set traps and monitor closely for another couple of months to check his work.
Jim did a great job on all. He also did a fantastic job communicating with my tenants so they would feel comfortable that we were doing everything necessary to insure a safe and sanitary environment. And last, it has now been almost 2 years with no problems.
There are plenty of the big companies that will set a few traps and leave. But if you have an infestation and want it really done RIGHT, call Clean & Green.

I can’t tell you enough good things about this company. Jim, the owner and manager is professional in every sense of the word. They do exactly what they say and will let you know what’s going on during the whole process.
Nobody wants to have critters living in their attic or crawl spaces. We had a rodent problem that was undiscovered until we moved into our new house. Clean & Green Critter Solutions took care of it as well as the mess that the rodents made. We are free of the problem and know that for the next two years the warranty will be honored. No more rats for us…

I had a serious problem with raccoons in my attic. I had no clue how they were even getting up there. Called almost everyone in Sonoma County and finally found Clean & Green Critter Solutions. Jim came out showed me exactly how they were getting up there and had a plan to rid my attic of the raccoons. On the first day after he came they were gone and haven’t been seen since. Not only did they clean the attic afterwards I had them critter proof my large deck so nothing could ever get under it.
Very happy with the job! Jim is fair and honest and I won’t hesitate to call him again should I have any issues in the future.

Jim and his crew at Clean & Green Critter Solutions were professional, honest, and successful in tackling what was a very tough job. I had a rapidly growing infestation of rats in my hundred-​year old Victorian. And to make matters worse, my house has all sorts of weird construction areas that are completely inaccessible. Jim was tenacious and thought of ingenious ways to rid me of this horrible problem. He was great at communication and taking my needs into consideration and left all areas clean with no sign of the extensive work that had to be done. A skunk got in my garage and reaked a little havoc sprayed away and left or so I thought until I smelled dead skunk. I called this company and the owner was out within two hours. We looked everywhere and finally found it fell in a garbage can and couldn’t get out. It was way beyond gross. So glad he handled this so quickly!

We too have had an excellent experience with Jim and his company. His pricing is fair and he’s honest. One part of our job required removing insulation that was rat infested. He charges by the square-​foot for that. We’ve only been in this house for a bit over a year and I told him the square-​footage our broker told us when we bought. He calculated the price for our estimate. We hired him. When he started the job, he measured the space to be sure. It was smaller by a factor large enough to cut the cost by $ 500 and he did. Now we know that the broker had included the area of our attached garage in the total we had used.
