It was a blessing to have found Dave. My husband and I are new to Santa Rosa from LA. Before our big move, we made a few trips up and had limited time to see houses, but Dave always made time for us. Although we know he is very busy, he always made us feel like we were his only clients. We actually feel more like friends now. His extended knowledge of everything made our home buying experience fun and exciting. Our house just closed escrow and we can’t wait to celebrate with Dave!

Dedicated, responsive, smart, fun are just some of the superlatives that characterize Dave Fahrner. We worked with Dave for 3 of the slowest months in the real estate calendar year, December through February, but through his diligence and networking skills we saw plenty of houses and found one we loved and we closed in early March. It was constant and almost daily contact to get the job done but he seemed to always be available to visit a property that we asked about. We’re new to California so under his expert guidance, in depth knowledge of real estate laws, experience with inspectors and various trades the closing was timely and painless. And he continues to be available to answer questions and recommend various businesses to us. We would readily give him more stars if we could!

Dave Fahrner is the best agent that we have ever worked with and we highly recommend him to anyone either buying or selling a home! Over the past couple of years Dave has helped us purchase our first house and sell property for family. He helped us clarify our wants and needs and got the best house for us. He has a great eye for properties and an almost uncanny knack for predicting the selling price of a house.
When we needed to help selling property in Santa Rosa we didn’t think of anyone else. Dave was wonderful in giving advice and working with us to get all the papers taken care of.

Dave was great! He helped with me with my first home purchase and I could not be happier. I love my house! Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and he was more than willing to answer all of them, sometimes several times. I never felt as though he was annoyed by my questions whatsoever. I never felt that Dave was trying to push certain homes on me or push me in any direction for that matter. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. He offered his opinion on homes and I valued his opinion but he always seemed as if he fully supported any house I wanted to offer on. The selling agent for my house was a PAIN IN THE ASS but Dave went out of his way to meet her demands, do her job for her in some instances, and ensure the deal got done. I will absolutely use Dave for any future real estate needs and have already recommended him to several friends.

He is a true professional who listened to our desires in what we wanted in a house. We worked together until we found the house for us. When we found our house he helped walk us through the financial process which was no small task given current rules and regs. He was with us every step of the way.
