Santa Rosa, CA
Called in the morning and made an appointment for the afternoon as my toilets were backed up and backflowing into the shower… not something that could wait. Duke’s confirmed an afternoon appointment so I took off work early, missing work and pay, and he never showed up and wouldn’t answer or return my phone calls. Obviously do not recommend this business at all.
