Esteam Carpet and Tile Care

I got a call from the business owner and he sent out a check to pay for my bill. I was very impressed that he just wanted to take care of this and maintain a good reputation. I am happy that I chose this business in the first place, I am also now aware that it’s pretty common for carpet cleaners to turn on the heater and that it is actually recommended to protect against bacteria. I will be moving soon, and I will hire them again. Thank you for being willing to correct this matter!

I don’t think my carpets were this clean even when they were BRAND NEW. Esteam did an amazing job, and not just on the carpets, but also on the area rugs and upholstery. We had gross carpet stains from our puppy, and just general grime — now you would never know it was there. They were thoughtful and professional from the time I called to make an appointment to the time they left. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Absolutely awesome. Friendly, personable, and they get the job done. If they cant get the stain out, no one can.
They are just cool guys, when moving out of a rental they even wrote on the invoice «normal wear and tear for this carpet type» so I could show my landlord and he would not screw me out of any money.
Are they the cheapest? Honest, probably not. Are they the best? Yes! All those ads you see n the junk mail are just scam prices to get them in your home, then they jack the prices up. None of that crap here. These guys charge reasonable prices and do a fantastic job, and they are not fresh out of prison like many in this industry.
Just call them!

I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the area and Esteam is the best around! Paul and his staff are super friendly. They were on time (called when they were on their way). They were quick and even moved my son’s crib to get his whole room and then placed it on foam blocks. Then when they leave the carpet is nearly completely dry. I would highly recommend them!

Seriously…with two small children and three dogs, our carpet needed some TLC. From the phone call to book the appointment, until the moment I said «goodbye», this was one of the most positive experiences I have had with a business. They were courteous, friendly, honest, and the price was reasonable. I am a busy Mom who works full time, so I am always grateful for someone to come into my home, and clean something for me. They took good care of my carpet and my couch. I have had my couch for three years, and it looks and smells brand new again. Thank you, Esteam. I will use you again, and again.

I chose this company based upon the positive reviews on Unilocal and I was not disappointed. They did a wonderful job at a fair price. Seriously, I’ve never had my carpets look this good after a cleaning. I hope they stay in business a long time as I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a great, well-​run company. I used Esteam Carpet care back in March 2015 to clean our carpets and area rugs. Right away I liked how responsive and accommodating they were with regard to scheduling. The guys who came to my house took their responsibilities very seriously and really did an excellent job. One area wouldn’t get as clean as they would have liked, so they cleaned it a few times and then called me to discuss it. I was impressed and highly recommend this company.

These guys did such a great job. We got our full deposit back! Very professional and it took them no time at all. We were renting a 2 story house and it looked like we first moved in. Should have called them when we lived there. We tried shampooing our selfs and it was a mess, never again. Thanks guys!

I had my carpets cleaned by Esteam about 4 months ago, and am very impressed by the job they did. James was on time, did the job quickly and got the stains out of the carpet. Carpet dried quickly, and did NOT have any chemical smell. I have had carpets cleaned where the stains seem to reappear a few weeks/​months later. That hasn’t happened. Had an old rug that I was going to toss, just smelt like dog and I couldn’t get it out. These guys came in and brought it to life once more. Now it rests in my living room perfectly! I highly recommend

The guys from Esteam did a great job on our small upstairs rental unit. They were on time, professional, and very communicative. The carpets were really soiled, and they did a great job getting the stains out. These guys are doing great on Unilocal,and there is a reason for it! Highly recommended!

This company did such a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets and couch. i was able to let them in then left for work. Coming home to clean carpets and a spotless couch was heaven. I’ll be using them for my business next!

I’ve used Esteam a few times now and they do a great job. I’ve worked with both Brian and James. They really know their stuff, are very professional, reasonably priced and just nice guys. Definitely my go-​to for carpet cleaning.

This review is a little late, but wanted to share my experience. I had the carpets in my small apartment cleaned about 1 – 2 months ago, and selected Esteam based on other Unilocal reviews. I spoke with the owner Brian over the phone, got an estimate and set up an appointment. On the appointment day, Paul arrived on time as promised. He described that the cleaning would take about 30 – 45 minutes. I had to leave for work, and my neighbor kept an eye on things.
When I arrived home, there was quite a strong citrus scent. I had asked about this, and was, indeed told that there would be a ‘faint odor’. I am extremely sensitive to smell, so I found the odor a bit strong. It lasted about 24 hours. I also noted there were still some stains remaining, and the hallway still looked trampled down. I was disappointed about this, and chose to call and speak with Brian.
He was prompt in returning himself to check out my complaints. To his credit, he worked hard to remove the remaining, stubborn stains, and he noted that some were permanent. Despite this, he was able to minimize them. He then re-​cleaned the hallway, but also noted that the carpet was over 13 years old and a high traffic area. Not all that much could be done to restore this area of carpet.
Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the level of commitment to customer service, response to concerns, and dedication to quality work. My carpet has never looked better, and I will certainly use Esteam again. And it is evident that owner Brian values his business and providing great service to his customers.
Take note: their website offers a 15% first time customer discount; however, there is a $ 125 minimum, and this discount does not apply to that minimum. Technician Paul explained that to me, and admitted that they need to change to website to clarify this.

I had my office carpet cleaned from another company like 7 months ago and it started to look nasty again (honesty I didn’t feel he did a good job at all).
So this time I gave Esteam Carpet a try. It was Paul who did the job, he came on time and did a great job and very professional. The carpet looks much better now. Thank you, Paul.

I have 4 cats plus visiting neighbors that come by for a nibble upstairs in my condo. The carpets are a high quality but they are old and cat attacked… You pet owners know what I mean. I had also neglected their care for more years than normal. Brian and his sidekick did an amazing job cleaning. He came by to give an estimate and options… And the prices are really reasonable.
Part 2: I needed the tile/​grout in 2 bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and sealed. The grout is a light color, but it looked black in some areas. Holy H@ll… It looks Amazing!
