At 43,000 square feet containing state of the art equipment, Freeman Collision Center was awarded Toyota Collision Repair Center Shop of the Year. The facility was opened in the year 2000 to take a vehicle through an operation that produces high-​efficiency, high-​volume in a streamlined process, superior quality, and satisfied customers. The Freemans wanted a «State of the Art Collision Center» and they got one.

The shop is divided into three departments: metal, paint, and detail. The facility features rows of overhead welders, washing and vacuuming hoses, state of the art paint booths with infrared drying lamps, Hunter alignment racks, six frame racks that disappear into the floors, and a dust-​extraction system to keep the air clean in the shop and to keep the dust out of your vehicle.

Greg is the 3rd generation in his family serving in the automotive industry. He himself has been servicing customers in the autobody repair business for 17 years. The heart of his success is tied directly to a supportive and loving family, outstanding company owners and fantastic co-​workers who also excell in the business.

I’ve used Freeman Collision Center a few times in the past 4 years. They’ve always done exceptional work and provided excellent customer service. The most recent claim I had was graciously handled by Susan. She and the technician kept me informed and went above and beyond so I could get my vehicle back in a timely manner. With that being said, I would highly recommend Freeman Collision Center for your future auto body needs.

I scratched and dented up my passenger door very badly pulling into my garage. Went to Freeman and they removed all the paint and scratches at NO CHARGE.
They said fixing to dent to perfect would be over $ 2000. The service associate actually recommended that I NOT do that and gave me another option that only costs $ 300!
If I ever have more damage to the body of my car, I will go back because I can trust that they’ll be honest. They didn’t just tell me I had to do a very costly repair.
The service person was also very understanding about my sentimental attachment to the car. I told her it was my Grandpa’s and she GOT it.
Overall I was treated with respect and kindness and my car looks great!

I have to thank the team at freeman collision for there help. I had no idea what to do when someone hit my car. They were super helpful and walked me through what to do. Mike was my contact and he very sweet and explained what needed to happen. My car looks great, I can’t tell what was even done. I would definitely come back.

If we’re striving for accuracy, then a few things from Greg’s statement need to be amended.
First, the only forum Freeman contacted me was through the «mail feature» of Unilocal.No direct emails or snail mail. Once I discovered the Unilocal mail email, I chose not to contact Freeman again because they did not respond professionally the first time. My concerns were not addressed the first time and I doubted that would change. Secondly, Greg asserts that there were «several unanswered phone calls» from the time I posted my review. I received no calls from Freeman since October…

I had a great experience with Freeman Collision. Everyone was SUPER nice, friendly, and helped me as quick as they possibly could. It did help that Geico handled things quickly also, but even before my car was delivered there, I loved the staff at Freeman. I’m new to the area, but I’ll definitely be going back (but hopefully not too much:)) as I definitely will trust them again.
And I’d like to note that I read the reviews prior to coming to Freeman, but I went there as I knew they would have experience with my car (a newer Prius and they are affiliated with a Toyota dealership) and I had the opposite of whatever was earlier described.

I had a car accident and my vehicle was towed to Freemans (per State Farms suggestion). They diagnosed my vehicle — $ 6000.00 worth of repairs. After 3 long weeks they fixed the cosmetic stuff — beautifully i might add. But they arent a mechanical repair shop. So imagine my surprise when I was cruising down the road in my newly repaired vehicle and it over heated (it is a 2013). I called Freemans and they advised me that they dont do mechanical repairs and to call the dealer. So here I am an hour away from work without a car for who knows how long — starting the whole insurance diagnostic and repair process all over again. They arent very thorough and once I drove the car away I felt like — oh well I wasnt their problem any longer. I would skip them and ask friends and family who they have had good luck with and go with them.
UPDATE: Freemans read the Unilocal and called to say how sorry they were and that they really cared. They said it was all the insurance companies fault for 2 reasons. #1 Freemans is only allowed to repair the damage they see, they arent allowed-​per the ins company– to send vehicles to a mechanics for a thourough going over to make sure there isnt anything wrong that they CANT see (the end result of that is a break down on the fwy!). #2 When a vehicle has been recently repaired and a vehicle owner makes a complaint that there is still something wrong — collisions centers and insurance companies immediately think fraud and make the vehicle owner prove otherwise by paying to take the vehicle to a mechanic and then getting reimbursed when they discover it is related. Seems like if they had just done the mechanical exam at the beginning the insurance cos could save money and time. That’s America folks!
Freeman did give me a rental car for 2 of the 7 days my vehicle was in the mechanical repair shop fixing the broken fuse bar that was caused by the accident. You cant get away from using this company All of the insurance companies use them and they are not likely to stop.

I work in the customer service industry and appreciate a high level of service. I would like to recommend Freeman Collision Center. The entire experience was professional from the drop off of my vehicle, to the final repair. The collision manager called me through out the process, and kept me informed of the timeline and cost. The repair work exceeded my expectations.

This place is awesome! I never thought I would be writing a review about a car repair place, but this auto repair/​body shop business is different!
Not only did Freeman Collision fix my bumper in record time, but they also fixed all the other dents/​dings/​paint fading all over the car — for free! They fixed a problem I had with my door — again, for free! They helped me with a rental van and ended up paying for half of it themselves, because they accidentally misquoted the price (Not their fault either, it was the price they were quoted.)
The manager’s name is Greg Gustafson and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I seriously love Freeman Collision and would never, ever take my car anywhere else. I promise all you Unilocal readers, no other business goes so far to make their customers happy. And no, I don’t work for the place — I’m just another very satisfied customer. Next time you need your car repaired — take it to Freeman Collision!
