Multiple date changes, no shows, no calls, 2⁄3 unfinshed, tried to increase bid to come back and finish, lied to repeatedly… last excuse is they were on an emergency road clearing in Occidental… I looked it up on PG&E web site… tree went down 2 ½ hours AFTER he was supposed to be at my home. Liar. Refused refund for not grinding stump, and limbing other tree as per original bid. Keep this guy as far away from you as possible.

Went to their site and told them what I needed, about a week later I got a quote from them, was impressed with the quote, was about half what my other quote was. I quickly signed the quote and asked when they could get started. I got a call an hour later saying they would have it done same day. By the time I came home from work my dead tree was gone and cleaned up. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Quality group of people doing the right thing.
