Description

Specialties

Here at Jarvis Mediation & Conflict Consulting we thoroughly evaluate a dispute to explore the legal issues and uncover the underlying positions of the parties. Once we have explored the background and uncovered the factual and emotional foundations of the dispute, together, we will reflect holistically to reach an equitable resolution. Because mediation isn’t constricted by legal precedent, it will allow you to take control of your dispute and create a resolution that works for you. Mediation will empower you to create mutually acceptable resolutions that are equitable and long lasting.
