History

Established in 1990.

Upon graduation with degrees in Business Finance and Economics Jeff discovered he had a strong acumen for the real estate business, especially the personal side of the equation. His first deal was a complicated syndication that acquired an asset for a long term hold. Since that first deal Jeff knew it was his destiny to create and foster his own business in the field. In the early 1990’s he specialized solely in residential services and corporate relocations. Having established trusted clientele over the years has brought new challenges and successes in the commercial side of real estate as Jeff has helped numerous clients to purchase and sell multi-​unit investment properties, ranches and vineyards. Upon their union, Tracey joined Jeff in the business in 2008. Together they are a dynamic team with a very personal touch and each year they host their clients at their home for a special event in the summer.

Jeff & Tracey own and manage their business together. When Jeff was in High School he new that he wanted to be involved in real estate, investments and automobiles. So 2 out of 3 is pretty good! Though he may tell you he is 3 out of 3 as he has had various modes of transportation over the years not to mention always keeping up on the latest as it pertains to cars, whether historical or forward looking. Jeff has always been inspired by architecture and the ability to create a better environment (interior design, exterior aesthetic & creative landscaping) so he enjoys assisting clients in solving issues they may be challenged with or cannot comprehend. Jeff & Tracey are known for their intense dedication to getting properties prepared for the markets they are trying to reach and take on numerous points of facilitation in providing service beyond just the sale of a home or property.
