Came here after seeing several glowing reviews both here on Unilocal as well as a neighborhood phone app called «next door» rec commended them in our area. Cannot say how much I enthiusiastically agree with them! Worked on my car thru the Thanksgiving holiday week, did a great job and checked a few other things for me and told me it was not needed on my car… Told me a few things to possibly do in the future but not necessary right at this time– found them very honest, very very reasonable priced… Decided to now make them our families new mechanics!!!

This garage has been there forever and the reason is that they do excellent work at reasonable prices with a quick turnaround and they don’t pad the bill. Also they will treat you equally if you show up there as a female, which is not the case at many service shops. I don’t take my cars anyplace else anymore, it’s Keith & Don’s for me from now on.

Needed some immediate attention prior to my trip to Eureka the following day. They were real busy and I needed a couple of lamp bulbs replaced in my Tahoe. No I couldn’t do it myself and for the time they spent and the $ 10 charge I was in and out and on my way… Thank-​you!

I love these guys. My only problem? They’re ALWAYS busy! I live in the neighborhood so it’s convenient to get my car fixed there, but generally it’s best to make an appointment with them because they’re in such high demand.
The reason they’re in high demand? They do good, honest work. I’ve been taking my car there for 3 years and they do exactly what I ask them to do. When I needed new tires, they told me it was probably best to go somewhere else where I could get the tires for cheaper since they would have to order them. When I needed the terminal changed on my battery, they didn’t even charge me because it took them about 5 minutes.
They are knowledgeable and trustworthy and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

they were great. I took my dodge durango in yesterday with a broken wheel bearing. they ordered parts recommended I get new shocks as well. I dropped it off today around 10am and received it back @1pm with new shocks and a wheel bearing for under $ 468. In San Jose 10 months ago I left my car for 2 days to get a wheel bearing fixed and it cost me $ 415!!! for one item.
they are honest, nice and fast! I will definitely use them again!
