Rich Anderson Fitworx

I have been going to Rich Anderson Fitworx for some time now and do personal training at the space with William B. Each time I walk through the doors, I get excited. This is the place where you come to do the business. After joining here, I gave up my gym membership (I have been a lifetime gym rat). Imaginea space with everything you could possibly want to punch, pull, kick, climb, hit, smash, jump over or the like. It is like a playground to get fit. Rich is awesome, the trainers are awesome, and the people are all very supportive. Highly recommend you check this place out for yourself if you like this kind of training and equipment, you will fall in love with it as I did.

I give personal training here simply because there is no other space as creative as Rich’s. Rich is constantly inventing new stuff and creating his own equipment. His diversity of equipment allows me to be extremely creative with my clients. I use his space to teach functional muay thai kickboxing, personal training, as well as yoga instruction. Rich is ONE OF A KIND! Until meeting Rich years ago, I had no idea working out could be so much fun. I had always dreaded it. I’ve followed Rich to different gyms and now train with him exclusively at ISPACE Fitworx. His gym is INCREDIBLE. There is no gym like it, he has put his heart and soul into his work and it shows. He is THE BEST trainer, there is nothing he won’t get down and do with us. He is in incredible shape himself, to me that is super important. I don’t want a trainer dressed in athletic wear just telling me what to do, I want a trainer who can SHOW me what to do and LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Rich is high energy and so motivating that you want to keep coming back and doing better. His workouts are always different, fun and intense. You will never leave his class without feeling accomplished!

A friend of mine invited me to check out where she trains and try it out. I didn’t know what to expect but thought, «why not?». In the words of H. Jackson Browne — «Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb. That’s where the fruit is.» I found the experience to be exactly what i needed to get out of the doldrums and get my blood pumping and feel far more energy and gaining strength, agility, and endurance. Rich has a way of motivating, encouraging, and challenging me that I have not had in a long time. I found I am capable of more than I thought I was. The difference it makes will surprise you– more energy and focus at work is a great side benefit while getting leaner and stronger under Rich’s watchful eye. He is an amazing trainer. Rich’s work outs are outstanding! Always different, and always HARD! I’d reccomend this class to anyone looking for a challenge.

I started working out with Rich about a year ago. Before attending I had terrible back problems and I had to see a chiropractor once a week. Now after the incredible core training I haven’t gone to see the doc in months. I have never been more physically or mentally stronger. Rich has taken me to levels I never thought possible. He has the most unique exercises to stimulate a full body workout every time. The gym has a one of a kind feel that motivates and excites you to do more. Rich Anderson has a great sense of humor that makes those extremely difficult times easy going. He pushes you to the max and you walk out of that gym always smiling with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. My overall experience has tought me that not only can I get over «the wall», but I can get over ten more in front of me. I have never been more confident in myself as human. It’s a great feeling when my 4 year old son runs out of breath before me! Thanks Rich for believing in me! You have been a incredible coach and a great friend!

Rich’s workouts are fun exciting and always different. Lots of fun workout toys and more. He is always available for a one on one or partner workout. He is fun and a motivating trainer.

Rich is an innovative, enthusiastic, and motivating trainer. I have been training with him for 10 years, and I am addicted. After having 2 kids, he is customizing workouts for me to help put myself back together. He is an awesome trainer who is passionate about what he does and about helping you reach your fitness goals!

I train at multiple gyms. I do heavy weight training at my local gym for strength and power. I train Pilates for core and flexibility. I train at Fitworx to balance it all out. The best thing about working out with Rich is that he pushes me further than I push myself. I get a lot out of his training methods. Anyone preparing for any type of physical event may want to give this guy a try! Fighters, runners, firemen, mom, dad, heck even grandma. Doesn’t matter. Everyone could use a bit of this!

Rich is an amazing trainer! There is never a dull moment when you work out at his Gym. He is motivating, energetic, creative and attune to what your body needs to get fit. I have had other trainers before, but Rich is the best. There is so much variability in your workout that you are never bored with the same olé routine. He keeps you motivated, challenged and gears workouts to what your body needs. On top of all of this– he designs equipment to target body areas, is a genuinely nice guy and heck of a lot of fun. Be ready to have a great work out and good time if you go!

Rich is such an amazing trainer! By far the best workout I’ve ever had… if you want to make a change, this is the best place to go!
