As a family-​oriented, friendly dental practice serving the communities of Santa Rosa, Windsor, and Rohnert Park, CA, Jeffers Family Dentistry cares deeply about the health and well-​being of our patients. Dr. Robert P. Jeffers and Dr. Matthew P. Jeffers are committed to providing quality care in a caring, supportive atmosphere as we seek to engage and educate our patients during all phases of treatment.

History

Established in 1977.

I have been involved in many continuing education courses over the last 36 years, ranging in topics from general and cosmetic dentistry to laser and implant dentistry. Among the world-​renowned institutes I’ve attended include the University of the Pacific Esthetic Continuum, Pride Institute of Practice Management, United States Dental Institute, and USC and UCLA colloquiums.

Dentistry has been a major source of pride in my life, secondary only to my family. I have developed many friendships with patients and have been blessed to be able to help them achieve optimal dental health by restoring esthetics and function. I look forward to working with my son, Matthew, and sharing my passion for dentistry with him.

Finding a good dentist is really really really tough. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. I got the younger guy and he was very very sweet and so was the rest of the staff. They are thorough and not looking to take your money. I felt like I was treated like family. If you’re looking for a good dentist in Santa Rosa I would recommend this one over and over again.

All the Jeffers’ are very professional, friendly and positive. I have had a dentist phobia for a number of years and all the staff have been very gentle and patient with me. I am not afraid of these dentists! The only complaint I have is that you can’t make an appointment to have a cavity filled directly– you have to make a consult appointment and then return another day to have the cavity filled (although sometimes they are able to make an exception).

Dr. Jeffers has a state of the art dentistry practice. I just had a crown done this morning in 2 hours. Start to finish. No more going in to have a temporary made and then returning in two weeks time for the permanent replacement. This is convenient, painless and I’m totally thrilled.

I hate the dentist, but who doesn’t! Fact is taking care of our teeth is a must! Dr Jeffers is gentle and caring and makes going to the dentist a breeze! The staff is friendly and professional and nearly always on time. They have early appointments for those working individuals like me and are available for emergencies after hours. His two sons have recently joined his practice as well and seem to be just as great as their father!

I recently had appointment as a new patient at Jeffers Family Dentistry. It was the most thorough and least stressful intake appointment I have ever experienced. Everyone in this office is extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. Carol, the receptionist was pleasant from my very first phone call to their office. Dr. Jeffers and his team made sure I was comfortable and well-​informed the whole time I was there. Dr. Jeffers himself spent a lot of time doing a very detailed exam and explaining everything as he went along. He went over my intake forms thoroughly and listened to my concerns. The hygienist was also very conscientious an accommodating to my sensitivities. Their office is clean, well lit, well marked, and the patient rooms are clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I’ve been going to different dentists since my tooth was chipped in second grade. The cap always needed replacing. Eventually I had to get a bridge because my tooth could no longer withstand a cap. Recently one of my teeth under my bridge snapped and I needed a dentist. My mom recommended dr. Robert Jeffers. I can honestly say that he is the absolute best dentist I have ever gone to. Him and his staff are so kind and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Jeffers was very gentle when giving me a shot and working on my mouth. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Jeffers office is excellent! I have been going there for over a decade now – ever since I moved to CA. I relocated 2 hours south of his office and I still make that grueling drive up 101 to go to his office. He and his office staff are friendly and accommodating and his expertise is unparalleled.
