I have over ten years experience in industry as a management accountant and controller for both multinational companies and start-​up ventures and over fifteen years experience in public accounting helping owner-​managed businesses and owners with a variety of tax preparation, planning, and business consulting issues. I specialize in corporations, partnerships (LLPs and LLCs) and sole proprietorships including significant experience with choice of entity planning, organization issues, related party-​transactions, real estate tax deferred transactions, partnership operating agreements and partner agreements.

I graduated with a BSB in Accounting and a Masters in Business Tax from the University of Minnesota and am a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
