Synergy Group was founded by a handful of seasoned real estate professionals, many of whom perfected their art at Christopherson Homes and Christopherson Realty, a long time dynamic fixture in Northern California Real Estate. With our handpicked, diverse and multi talented group of individuals, we work together in a coordinated effort to support each of our unique qualities and abilities as a TEAM to bring you the absolute best wrap around real estate services available, all under one roof.

This approach has helped our clients reap the benefit from our local relationships, experience and knowledge in all areas of real estate — design, construction, representing buyers and sellers from high end estate homes, first time condos, everything in between, including new home communities, commercial and land purchases.

The Synergy Group team is comprised of five principal owners, Keith Christopherson, Brenda Christopherson, Andy Christopherson, Brian Flahavan and Greg Windisch, who bring strong business, development, real estate and legal expertise to the Group.

History

Established in 1979.

The Christophersons, a legendary Real Estate and Development family that designed and built nearly 6,000 homes in Northern California over the last 35 years, has formed a new company called Synergy Group, by Christopherson. Synergy Group is a platform company, which gets its name from the «synergy» between their four main operating companies.
