We are a locally owned and operated The UPS Store location, and we care about our customers. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle all of your mailbox, packing, shipping, and professional printing needs and we are passionate about what we do!

You’ll meet one of our friendly customer service associates when you stop by. All of our associates are certified packing experts.

Whether you are another small business like us that needs help, or simply someone that needs professional printing, customized packaging and shipping solutions, full service mailboxes for us to handle your mail and package receiving, or even shipping large freight items like cars or antiques, our staff can help. We also provide services in graphic design, small business marketing, small business support, wide format printing (including blueprints, posters, and banners) and more.

History

Established in 1986.

Barry and Jackie Duncan have owned this location of The UPS Store since 2002. We originally were Mailboxes Etc. This location has been in the G&G Shopping Center for over 25 years.

Barry and Jackie are a great team. Barry has been a printer for over 40 years and Jackie brings her accounting and computer skills to the table. Both of them have great customer skills and enjoy people very much.

This place is awesome! My latest experience is for passport photos for myself AND my toddler daughter. After calling multiple places who refused to try taking my toddler’s photo (and actually calling a Walgreens where they said yes and then getting turned down when I arrived without even trying), I was frustrated. My husband said to try the UPS store on college because they were ‘super nice’. Ok… weird way to describe a store, but ok. I called and showed up and I have to say officially, this UPS store is ‘super nice’!! They helped us immediately, no fuss and we had perfect pictures printed and paid for in no time at all. The guy who took our photos was fantastic, the girl who cut them was friendly, and another lady there chatted wth my mom and daughter about her own granddaughter. It was such a pleasant experience! I rarely review places anymore, but felt I had to acknowledge this location. Thank you!

such a busy ups store… late afternoon hours and crowds… lines to the counter… people on the computers printing documents… notary service. fingerprinting…packages being shipped… friendly and busy workers taking care of each customer fast… in line and in need of passport pictures… quick picture, allowing me to take a look and retake if needed, few minutes of waiting, printing, photo trimming and paying $ 16.32 total… elderly man having trouble with msword and trying to print a document… didn’t know how to change the margins and view setting was not at the standard default setting, so it looked odd. workers too busy and ignoring, so tried to help him myself… busy store.

I’ve rented a personal mailbox at this store for several years. I have expensive purchases, checks, and important docs delivered there instead my rural roadside mailbox. My experience has been nothing but the best. This is a well organized and well run business, with well trained and helpful employees. Never a problem of any kind. I recently made over 5K copies preparing trial exhibits. I was offered a copier that blazes away at 100ppm… what a time saver and staff was instantly available to coach me and reload paper. What a resource for packing, shipping, copying, notary, mailbox and courtesy postal letter drop. Oh yeah, passport photos and fingerprinting and likely much more that I’m unaware of. I really like these folks and am always warmly greeted and fairly treated.

I have to recommend Jackie ‘s print and design services. Fast response on emails, beautiful detail and excellent communication. She was extremely patient with a client I recommended who was calling from out of town. She simplified the process and made great recommendations to save my client time and money. When someone cares for your referrals, you give them 5 stars. So rare. Thank you Jackie!

I had to return shipping a piece of company equipment which I haven’t ever had to do, so I called in to the UPS store. Alex was great, he was confident, friendly, and informative. I had the packaging and the return shipping label but no packing tape. Alex said to bring it in and they would take care of me. I went into the college ave location and was greeted by Alex, who was assisting another customer, so the beautiful Sierra helped me. She did an excellent job getting my order processed and she was gracious when I told her that because of my company’s security policy concerning proprietary hardware and software I would need to see her tape up the package. If I ever need to ship anything or get keys or a postal box ect. Ect… I am going to this location and no other! I hope to see Alex still there doing excellent work, and of course, I wold love to see Sierra anytime! Excellent job UPS!

Finally found a spot to get my finger prints done for a job. The specific job required a paper finger prints done and all the local police/​sheriff departments only did live scan. Waited maybe five minutes and in and out with my fingerprints in ten minutes. Greeted by the friendly owners and very pleasant experience. Will return.

This place has really good service. Very friendly people. And they are very good at what they do. I take it for granted. I’ve never left a review for this place but any time I needed to send a package, I would go here. Unfortunately, I had to move to Davis, so I’ll have to find a new place to go.

Very friendly and helpful! This store makes it easy and convenient to access your mailbox and ship items. When I rented a mailbox with them it was my first time using a ups box and I didn’t realize how wonderful THIS store is. I recently moved out of the area and I wish they owned the store I’m using now.

This is by far my favorite shipping/​packaging/​copy store. They are always a pleasure to do business with. Friendly employees, well laid out space, and short lines (if any). I used to cringe when needing to ship something, but not anymore. Now I just head on over to the best little UPS store in town.

I walked in five minutes before closing, I was greeted with a huge smile. I apologized for coming in at closing time. They told me it wasn’t a problem at all and proceeded to help me with shipping back my item, they went above and beyond the standard of customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to use this store they made it easy, they were fast, and most of all friendly!

Stopped by to mail out some prepacked UPS boxes I had ready to go. Some UPS stores give you a little bit of an attitude if you just want to drop stuff off, but the staff here was great and very friendly.

I just got my live scan done here and was really happy with the service.
I have to get my fingerprints done for my pharmacy license, and the last time I did it 4 years ago at the start of pharmacy school, I had a ton of issues with my prints. I have sweaty hands (sexy, I know) so there was some trouble in completing the live scan and I was worried this time around. The workers were really nice and helpful. My hands were moist from nervousness about failing the scan again, but they came up with ideas like using a fan, warming up the fingerprint machine (?) with a towel, etc. Overall I am glad I came here for my live scan and would recommend this store for other services UPS can provide.

I have to say that the service I received here was outstanding. I came in to get a passport photo and it was quick and easy. I also had a few questions about applying for my passport and the woman who helped me was very knowledgable about the subject and gave me a website and a directions to a location with great details. The store was clean and the staff were all friendly and most of all their service exceeded my expectations.

I had to get a few hundred funeral programs printed and only intended to stop in for a quote. This isn’t the kind of thing I do everyday, so I didn’t really know what I needed or how much it was gonna cost.
They were super nice, helped me make some final adjustments, and had everything set and done within a half hour. I spent just enough to qualify for some Olympics promotional items and ended up buying a graduation card as well.
Incredibly nice people, great service, and excellent prices.
