great yogurt and customer service!!!

I was craving the froyo of my younger days and TCBY was no longer here. Totally not a loss because these people were awesome.
It’s a serve-​yourself place and I had a blast loading up the toppings. I went for the non-​frozen berries, some nuts, the whipped cream (that canister thingy rocks!) and was so excited to see the different varieties of squirtable chocolate that I danced a little jig.
They have insanely cool deals if you’re a frequent fro-​yo-​er and/​or hit them up during Happy Hour.
It was a happy hour indeed.

I come here CONSTANTLY.
My friends and I are really picky about our Frozen Yogurt places and make sure to try every single shop we see. This place is awesome. They have an extremely large topping setup, which even includes like 12 different flavored syrups. SYRUPS. Imagine all the other toppings they offer if their syrups are that plentiful! But keep in mind some toppings are seasonal since they’re fruits.
Their flavors are super yummy and mostly glutton free (which I found important since I have friends who are glutton intolerant). I am in love with their Red Velvet and kind of wish they had it more often, but at the same time I don’t since it’d make me go broke because I’d be there every day.
Service has always been awesome. I think the guy who works there is tired of seeing me. I go so often that I’ve had like 8 of their $ 5 discounts that you can earn after you spend $ 50. Much love.

After a great meal at the China Bowl next door, we wanted something sweet and discovered this fun frozen yogurt shop. They put a lot of care into this place, it’s clean, bright, comfortable and friendly. After tasting yogurt samples we were offered dozens of possible toppings and sauces. A little goes a long way! The cashier was more like a tour guide to flavors. Joe had the red velvet frozen yogurt, I had chocolate. The décor is cute and the 50’s music fits perfectly for a relaxing desert after dinner or just a sweet break anytime.

Wow! Unbelievable service! Stephen was working. SO friendly & welcoming.
Before we left I had to ask him if he was related to the owners because he was so friendly and helpful to us & other families that came in, and Surprisingly he was not.
So rare to find that kind of service here in CA.
The yogurt– my son & I kept saying, «wow. This is so good!»
I had blueberry, no sugar added & tart. I was pleasantly surprised at the yummy taste.
So many toppings to choose from & surprised to see they offered dried blueberries. Yum!

I’m embarrassed I even gave them one star. I had HORRIBLE customer service experiences her and fast melting fro-​yo.
I went here recently because it is close to my house, got my yogurt and decided to drive back home and enjoy it. Not even a minute passes when I’m back home and I’m eating frozen yogurt soup :(I was very disappointed so I called and told them the problem. I feel that I had to fight for my money’s back. We settled on a gift card, I went back and the manager gave me a attitude and was rude about the whole situation. A month goes by and I decide to give it another chance… Remember I had my gift card I decided to use it. NOTHING WAS ON IT. Yes the manager gave me a gift card with no money on it… Never going back again! If you want good yogurt go to Screamn’ yogurt, they are the best! Sorry top that…

My fav new frozen yogurt spot! There place is so adorable recommended for a cute date on a hot day. It reminds me of a old school drive in type of 50’s style but modern. They have way more toppings than yogurt time and they have a special yofro deal everyday of the week! My new yogurt spot! All you do is give them your number to keep track of your purchases instead of trying to dig in your purse for a punch card. Love it!

We still come here often and it’s better than ever! The staff is fabulous and goes out of their way to keep their customers happy! Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Fun place! Living right next to it, it’s obviously my go-​to place for froyo. The pricing is very generous, and their chocolate yogurt is the best. I walked over a few weeks ago because I was craving worms in the dirt. They’ve got all your average toppings, plus a few others that I wasn’t expecting! I love it, and I’ll definitely come back again.

I LOVE this place, there are always really yummy flavors, sooo many toppings & the girl who works there is really nice! The only thing I would change is the «fresh fruit». Outside the store it says «fresh fruit» but if you look at the fruit that is in there it still is FROZEN. This wouldn’t be something to mention if 1) they didn’t advertise it as fresh & 2) there wasn’t a little market right next door that sells FRESH fruit!
Besides that the place is awesome, I hope next time I come the problem is fixed!

This frozen yogurt shop moved in just last year, and since then, has become my easy go-​to when I need something sweet — especially since they’re located right across the street from where I live. I walk my dog over every week, and the staff is always more than happy to let my dog come in the shop with me. Last time I was there, they even had dog treats on hand!
The varieties are somewhat limited, but they rotate them with new and seasonal flavors fairly often, so you can try something new every so often. I like the large selection of toppings, especially the sugar-​free dark chocolate bits that I can load up on my yogurt and not feel so bad about. They have a number of wet toppings, including marshmallow, chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel syrups. The store is small, but has enough seating for a group. There are also two benches outside, so if you want to enjoy the sunshine or sit with your dog, you have that option.
The parking lot gets a little crazy at times, since the lot is small, it is shared with several other businesses in the shopping center, and the spaces themselves are tiny.
They have a membership option, where you can have them store your phone number on file and they give you credit every time you make a purchase, so you can earn your way to a $ 5 off coupon after $ 50 in purchases. This isn’t hard to reach since they are a bit pricey compared to other yogurt shops in the area. While this isn’t the most affordable option, the convenience factor makes it a good stop for a sweet treat.

Now that we have moved to the west side of SR, this is now OUR frozen yogurt shop!
The workers there are very friendly and helpful. Hubby likes the sugar-​free option which is better for his health. I favor the chocolate/​vanilla swirl. The chocolate is flavorful without being overbearing. There is a huge amount of mix-​in choices, from the usual chocolate chips and diced fruit to cereals and different syrup choices.
The décor is interesting with lots of memorabilia from old Hollywood and 50’s style tables and chairs. It’s a comfortable place to sit inside, enjoy the treats and just watch the people.
I gave the 4 stars because I don’t consider myself a «frozen yogurt expert» and don’t go around comparing places, so this one is the best for me!

This place was AMAZING! I called ahead to see what their flavors were and it all sounded great. When we pulled up the employee working was very nice and easily approchable. The place was spotless, very clean and organized, i love that in a business :) My husband and I had the cake batter FROYO and it was to die for! Perfect amount of sweetness! The kids stuck to the basic chocolate. There were SOOO MANY toppings! The kids had a field day looking at everything and picking what they wanted. We’ve had our fare share of FROYO and no place compares to this one, lots of toppings to choose from, fresh shakes, you actually get to put what you want in your shake, how cool, and the daily changing frozen yogurt flavors makes it a surprise. If you don’t like surprises just call ahead of time and find out what’s there. I promise you won’t be disappointed :)

Went there today to see if anything has changed. Much better! Instead of being icy in texture and taste, it was creamy and flavorful! Definitely deserving of another star! The Red Velvet Flavor and Pomegrante Raspberry Sorbet was yummy! Most definitely will be coming back!

Rich flavors. Chocolate is like a pudding not in texture but in richness. Could almost be passed off as gelato. Like a fudgecicle. Yum!
Mango tango is non dairy, it’s a bit sweet and tart, packing a delicious palette cleansing combo.
Lots of free brand marketing for customers disposal. Mention of their twitter feed, Facebook, bumper stickers, rubber wristbands and card stock fliers are there on the counter and within the store. Good for their customers to pimp that stuff off, No Cal has soo many fro-​yo spots to choose from. What’s the difference? taste, cost, textures, a lot actually.
Pretty cool. Their fro-​yo is advertised at $.43 an ounce. The counter guy assures me they do not charge us for the cup. Awesome. Since I’ve been to (now) places that do or don’t charge for the cup.
Many flavors of toppings, coatings and candies galore. Strange, that they don’t have any kind of Oreo cookie type topping, only something called cookies and cream which is okay, but not the same. Love the décor, it’s got old an retro old charm, this coming from its flashy painting and comfortable seating, completed with 1950s automobile pics.
This is good stuff and hits the spot after Chinese food at Royal.

Great variety of flavors and toppings. It just happens to be the closest yogurt shop to home now! This place used to be the old TCBY in this strip mall. It’s been totally renovated with lots of glass and a sharp décor.
