Touchstone Pool Service

We recently had our pool resurfaced and needed someone to come in to explain how to take care of it properly. (Previous pool service was short on information and long gone.) Mr. Touchtone gave us a very thorough and clear explanation of pool chemistry and nursed us through the science of it. Got the water balanced and gave excellent advice. He returned to check on our progress and made good recommendations. Really very knowledgeable with clear explanations. I have to give him the highest rating because I believe he is about as good as it gets. It was a pleasure working with him.

I’ve had the pleasure to use Ron’s crew at Touchstone on some pools which resembled green slime! These were ‘Bank Owned” homes, recent foreclosures, where the homeowner/​tenant had abandoned all care on the pools. The City of Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park had placed moquito eating fish in the pools. Yes, they were THAT bad! Ron and his crew worked miracles. I asked if the pools had to be drained, resurfaced, scrubbed, etc. He said, «Nope-​we clean the filter and keep cleaning them and cycle the water through. In a few days come back.» I came back and it was stunning! The water and pool where clean and clear! Amazing work. Imagine what he can do on YOUR pool with regular service! Reccomend them highly. He’s also performed pool reports for me for prospective homeowners. Great work!
