Glad to hear your story you should post a pic of yourself brimming with pride– I hope yourself and Mr Trombetta read my review as it will be very different (result wise): I was referred to Peter Trombetta after my years long regular Attorney Mrs Jessica Flores dropped my custody case (I have 3 children) 2 weeks before trial to «take a job making more money as the new family law facilitator with Sonoma county courts» (omg) my life and relationship with my 3 wonderful kids was in crisis bigtime I met Peter and handed him my first check of 2500.00 only to hear his raised voice tell me «I said 5000.00» he got the rest shortly there after and besides writing letters with little punch to them and talking to me on the phone mailing out subpoenas and t hen withdrawing them I don’t know where it all went to say that I was very disappointed is an understatement. Peter never one time slammed back and there were times either my ex and her attorney screwed up or the biased supervisors at sonoma county legal services foundation did-​where a letter to the courts or the inexperienced custody evaluator Dr. Deborah Mitchel Phd should have been written and was not why I do not know. At a settlement conference peter agreed that I should take 1 anger class/​session with a therapist so I agreed and Peter reassured me it was 1 time for a few hours with a therapist I had used, please read on– so my Ex’s thug attorney changes the wording of it from «a class» to «father to immediately enroll in a 52 week county certified anger management course» (cost was about 2300.00 thx Peter) no wonder the custody evaluator kept asking me when I was going to «start my classes» I looked so stupid when I replied «I already took a class 1 class» why Peter signed that without reading it is beyond me and it screwed me bigtime and Peter was very kind and a gentlemen when he informed the opposing attorney of his «error» or how about this one so Peter does some prep work with me before I meet Dr Mitchel and he lays everything out for me on how it will all go down evaluation wise Peter tells me that my kids will be there and I will get to see them and that «Dr Mitchell will be observing me through a two way mirror» guess what more bad misinformation from my high priced attorney no kids there no two way mirror and the whole meeting and experience was not at all what Peter told me it would be and mind you Peter gets paid for the «TIME HE SPENT WITH CLIENT» then he picked weak stuff from my divorce file to show Dr Mitchel then when I got pissed at him his secretary cold the police «because I was raising my voice» my 3 kids are my world my ex got a restraining order on me that lasted 9.3 years there are so many more things I could say (negative) about how Peter Trombetta did not much if anything at all and I’m talking about my life here my kids think zero of me if that and Peter if you read this all I can say is you should never ever take on another case like mine and shame on you mt trombetta I went to you for help and you did very little except cash checks and in my opinion you are to nice and to kind for nasty family law cases and were out maneuvered by Mr Rubin on every turn of the rode and it really bothers me your vacation you took and the mistakes you made that impacted my life in negative fashion BIGTIME…

Peter handled two very complex issues for me with lightning speed and great tact. The first issue, approximately 7 yrs ago, had to do with my divorce and custody situation. He fought hard for me and I got the results I wanted. He did it respectfully and tactfully, and his handling of my situation has worked for me since then.
The other issue (this year) dealt with International family law issues and Probate. My daughter’s family in South America willed her property and Mr. trombetta had to deal with South American probate law (very complex!) as well as what the other country needed from the American court system. Again, he did an amazing job quickly and correctly.
I trust Mr. Trombetta completely. His work is thorough, well researched, tactful, yet fierce, and most importantly very quick. He is kind and has taken the time to meet with my daughter’s family, and on one occasion, met with them after they flew in from South America so that he could explain the American Probate Court process. He didn’t charge me for that visit.
I know people who work at the Sonoma County Courthouse and they recommended Mr. Trombetta to me. He is a well respected and very solid attorney. I am very pleased with his handling of my family law and probate needs.
